I worked on a kitchen remodel and had a short time to finish it. Everyone in the store helped me get all the items and products I needed to complete the project perfectly and timely. Some employees went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and made sure it would be delivered on time.

Product was easy to find Snd associates were very friendly and professional.

I went looking t purchase custom appliances for my basement bar. Martina was so helpful and spent the time to help me make decisions and took me through all the steps and even took me upfront of the store to help finalize the sale. It was amazing.

All of the sales help were EXTREMELY helpful. Best customer service I have ever found in any store. I was a retail district manager for 37 years. I wish my stores were were as helpful as this Kennesaw Home Depot

Store is always clean and in order, supplies are always stocked; very knowledgeable associates.

The store is easy to navigate with signage to get you anywhere you need to go. Very helpful staff!

I want counter all the stories about the poor treatment Veterans receive at HomeDepot. I have never had a problem receiving the discount Home Depot offers Veterans. I want to thank them for their support. TMCSS(RET)

Store clerk was great! I did not have any trouble at all.

Was greeted right away by a clerk that guided me directly to what I was looking for. Everyone is really friendly and wanted to assist in locating what I was looking for. If your having a bad day, go to this store. They'll turn your day around.

I recently went to The Home Depot to get a few items for a project I was working on. Everything was easy to find, the store was very clean, and the prices were great! I recommend everyone to go there for any home improvement projects!

Needed a difficult to find light bulb. Associate's mobile app showed there were 2 in stock, but he agreed we would have a difficult time finding either one of them and referred me to ANOTHER Home Depot that showed 11 in stock. I showed up at the other store with that knowledge and after searching for a while spotted the box and had to reach behind merchandise in the wrong place toward the product I needed but couldn't reach. I went to other side and pushed it back where it was reachable. Two stores, same product, same lack of products in correct place has me wondering why are there so many associates on the floor and what are they doing?

No, I don't work for Home Depot and never have! However, as I am looking at my receipts these days there is a large aquare in the upper left with their logo...lots of times! This month I am repairing a deck. Retired and not able to "find" the $12,000 quoted to me...I figured this was a project worth a try! All along the way, someone at either this location or Sandy Plains (Marietta, GA) has been there to help. Today (June 16th) was an exceptional experience. I needed only 3 1x4 and darn it, they were stacked high and the ones I could reach had large knots where I needed to not have them! As I struggled a pleasant voice asked it I needed help. Two or three minutes later "Michael" arrived. At first he was equally frustrated as I with the "knot thing"...but he climbed where I could not and found two boards. He then cut them for me...EXACTLY. I have to say that I would hope and wish him the best...and a long career at Home Depot. He was not alone, the check out person, Judy, always has a smile and something to say that ends up being a nice time. And, of course, the (nice lady) who intuitively imagined that a 70 year old guy was having a problem made it all something to write about! When I was doing training I would joke about "Quarter Pounders with 2x Cheese for everyone"...x-tra large. This was that good!

I was very pleased with the cashier whose name was Dominque.The store was clean and well organized.

Coming back next week to get more plants for my garden

I love to wonder the store and see what is new, I found pointed fence post that would make a great headboard for a bed. I don't know what this is called it's metal round about 10 inches and I used them to put around my plants so that it makes weeding easy. You just have to let your imagination go wild.

The associate at the Earnest Barrett Pkwy HD was so helpful in my quest to purchase tile for an accent wall. He quickly suggested the Calif Gold Ledger along with the appropriate adhesive to use. I had just left Floor Décor and was unhappy with the customer service and knowledge there. Thank you "L" for making my experience a winner! Project done and looks fabo and I'm happy!
