Happy customer in a happy store! Top notch service from very friendly staff

I have been going to this store since 1999. It has continually improved regarding product selection and staff availability. It is a great place to shop. Whenever I ask a staff member for assistance that person will take me to where I need to be which is always appreciated. On my last visit the staff person noticed that I was having trouble walking and stuck with me the whole way while I worked out a problem with product suitability. This Home Depot remains my first choice whenever I need household and maintenance supplies.

I was very happy with the assistance I had from the Pro Desk Tom helped me find my table and Joyce was quick to help me check out

Key West isn't exactly full of polite and professional working individuals. I have kind of just gotten used to people not being as polite and professional through the years. But I have to say that Home Depot here in Key West is one of the very few stores that I know I can go into and there is always someone willing to assist me. Whether I speak Spanish or not! If I had to pick one thing for the employees to work on it would be being more polite at the check out registers. I know it get boring just standing there and scanning items. But when you are talking to a customer look at them when you speak. Don't say " Have a nice day thank you for shopping at home depot" while looking around or at the ceiling. This just tells me your bored and saying this out of habit or simply because someone told you to say this. Little more professionalism.

We go every year to Home Depot for our Christmas Tree. The guy who helped us was great...he even helped us (3 women) to tie down the tree to the top of our SUV. The tree is one of the best that we have ever had...7 foot and full. The prices for the trees were very reasonable. We will be back next year!

Parking was difficult. The aisles were blocked. Personnel had no interest in answering questions. And then, when I was able to corner an employee into helping, the store management hadn't stocked what should be a HEAVILY stocked item this time of year. I had a long list of items. After I only found 1 of the first three items on the list, I decided to waste no more time in the dirty, cluttered store and left. I went to Ace and found everything I needed quickly, had more help than I needed and was in and out in 8 minutes.

It was Black Friday and the store was packed. An Associate named Edie helped us find what we wanted. We were also surprised how quickly we were able to check out.

Completely satisfied with everything. Store was very packed due to it was Black Friday but everything went smoothly and I wasn't there for a long time. I had a store associate help me find all the tools I needed and I made it through the check out line pretty good. Loved it thank home depot

The staff in plumbing dept. was very helpful and our check out experience with Chriesma was excellent.

Everything I went to get was in stock and fairly easy to find

I shop at this store almost daily. Love the store and the service.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Jennifer at the customer service desk and Kelvin in lumber were especially helpful; a real credit to the company.

Thanks for the quick lesson on how to use my new microchip debit card Lynn. Suggestion to management, please figure out a better way to display pallets of tile?

Great place to shop for your everyday needs. Everything was custom made to fit a mobile home. There was always someone there to assist you and walk you to the location. The Cashiers were always smiling and welcomed you. Always thanking you to shop at Homedepot.

Having visited this location several dozens of times over the last 3 years I have to commend the management and staff here. The store is always well Kept! There is always an associate willing to help and provide very attentive service. Always my very first stop for all items from lumber to bbq grill grates.

I was shopping in the garden section and found everything to be clean and well organized. All the flowers were so nicely displayed it inspired me to start a new gardening project. When I bought too many things to load, an associate was there within minutes to help me out. I love my new flowers!

Found everything I needed, got a soda too...pretty legit. 10/10 would shop again.

I nearly always fine what I'm looking for with no assistance, however if I need help there always seems to be help close by. How ever this was not the case while I shopped at the Home Depot store in Merced Ca. I was very displeased with the associates at that store. This was in early September of this year.

Of all the Home Depot stores I have been in the store in Key West Fl is the best. The people are knowlegeable and friendly and really help you find what you were looking for.

Shelley went above and beyond, has excellent computer knowledge and used outside resources to find what I was looking. This product was on display in the store but out of stock so ultimately I purchased the display item. Overall awesome experience!

I had excellent service from your employee Chuck regarding the return of an item I purchased online. He took the time and helped me find the correct item I needed. Didn't feel rushed or pressure from him to complete my transaction. I would highly recommend Home Depot because of the service I received from him.

So I needed a new BBQ grill...... I simply went to the Home Depot, selected the preassembled grill of my choice, went to the service desk, and met the most helpful employee! She explained all of my warranty and extended warranty options. She made the sale in a very professional manner, sought assistance for loading my new grill, and was very positive throughout the sale. Now, for goodness sake............get that girl an apron badge! It appears that she has earned one.

I always use the online app! It was easy to find things in the store. Associates are very helpful! So excited to go back for my next project!

While shopping, I had many store associates ask me if I needed any assistance, or if they could help me find whatever I was shopping for - which was really helpful! Store was clean and the cashier was friendly too. Overall, a great shopping experience!

The cashiers are the friendliest. THe store has great sales and the best prices for home improvement products.
