always great place to shop

6 months ago I had a very bad experience and tried to contact general manager , but was only able to leave a message. My complaint was Customer service or the lack of! My next trip back was like night and day , huge improvement thanks Home Depot for listening

No matter what day or time I go to this Home Depot, the employees always greet me with a smile, ask me if I need anything, and offer to help me to my car when I check out. This is a small town, and the employees are neighbors with the customers, so they know us, and it is great!

The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. I greatly appreciated them loading my truck.

Little by little Home Depot is adding items that do not qualify for the Veteran discount. Great way to treat military vets that were willing to give their lives.

Purchased a combo all-in-one washer/dryer, unit was very noisy and took way longer to do a load of laundry, 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours and clothes still not dry. All of HD literature states major appliance refunds if using an HD credit card for up to 1 year. EXCEPT one place in the description of the major appliance that stated no refunds. Classic deceptive advertisement and the old bate and switch. We went into the store and tried to talk with the manager (Kenny) and he avoided us every time. We called and he avoided us. After 6 weeks of making phone calls and going into the store we gave up. I have literally purchased 10's of thousands of dollars worth of materials/merchandise from HD over the years and now I will do my best to spend my money other places.

She went above and beyond to MAKE SURE things were done correctly, ordered correctly, charged correctly. It was so refreshing to deal with a "live" person who cared about doing it right and not just reading from a corporate script on how they're supposed to respond to customers. If I ever have issues in the future I will go directly to her because I know she will point me in the right direction if she's unable to solve it herself. Thank you Sassy!!!! Give that girl a raise!! $$$ 🙌

Unless you run into Mark, who is the best employee ever, don't expect any type of help or courtesy at this location.

My experience with Kingman Home Depot has been aggravating to say the least. Vunly click lock flooring that’s junk, lumber that’s substandard. I ordered over 250 different studs fo a build and about half were used for backing instead of intended use. Then along with a manger that couldn’t care less about customers your pro desk doesn’t have a clue on returns and how to handle problems when they arise.

I tried to talk to the store manager about the following problem but as in the past the store manager at Kingman store does not talk to customers. I recently purchased cull sheetrock. I removed the damaged sheets off of the 70% off cart. The problem I encountered was when I go to the cashier, they say it is only 50% off of all sheet goods. Some of the sheets had been marked 70% off and some weren't marked at all. It's frustrating for me because the cashier seems to think I'm trying to cheat the store, and I feel like I'm being suspected of trying to steal from the store. Management needs to straighten this out. I have brought this up before, but it has been ignored. If it's not 70% off it should not be on the cart saying it is. Please get this straightened out. I depend on Home Depot and appreciate all the stores.

Terrible! Sold materials in Nov of 24 delivery scheduled for Jan 25! Told out of stock on materials already bought and paid for then tried to price gouge me for an additional 1300.00 for materials already paid for. Avoid this store if possible as these clowns are a perfect example of a Bait & Switch on their pricing. To top it off if you ever have an issue with an order? Good luck getting corporate to honor anything!!!!

I shop at Home Depot every month. Every time I go, there is always an employee offering to assist. It's a very friendly business and I'm thankful we have one in our town.

Spent a lot of time waiting to access aisles that were being stocked. Wish they would do this after hours.

I ordered my 2 items on Sunday and was told they’d be in store on Wednesday and still nothing

Lisa in major appliances is the most helpful and professional sales representative I've ever had. Employees like her are rare finds, give her a raise.

I moved back to Kingman Az. three years ago. When I first visited this store employees lacked knowledge and actually not very willing to help with anything. 3 years later the employees seem more knowledgeable and more customer service friendly. So it's either better training or better employees or both.

I would like to commend associate Elliot Felton for going above and beyond just being helpful. He was knowledgeable and instructive. in helping to build my project.

Help at this store is very poor. I always feel I am putting them out when asking for help. It's a real shame.

Every time I come into the store it seems like the I always are getting more and more clogged up with point of purchase displays. This not only makes it hard to get through the aisles when one has a flatbed cart loaded with things or a lumber cart, but it is also dangerous. Have spoken to floor personnel about this on my last visits in an they just don't seem to care. Our last trip in, which we drove 53 miles to get to, we were looking for some items that their store inventory claimed online that they had several of. We made inquiries to the employees on the store, one was very helpful and three were totally useless And very unconcerned with the situation. The one employee did go above and Beyond and found the items that we were looking for placed way up in the shelf and racks in which they had to shut down aisles to get the item down and bring it to the front of the store which took over 40 minutes. The Kingman's store has always been problematic for us and many others and I believe corporate needs to go in there for an honest evaluation and get things running more smoothly
