Everytime I go to Home Depot I usually find everything I need or looking to purchase.

I was able to come in late on Saturday and the Home Depot staff got me a truck, which was not in inventory at the store, delivered Monday morning at 9am. Everything ran perfect.

I placed my order at the Appliance Department with Ariana. She was knowledgeable friendly, articulate and created an all around great experience. Thanks

I shop at the Kitty Hawk store frequently and am impressed by the courteous, professional, and friendly staff throughout the store.

Had a major return, lots of parts. They went out of their way to take back a large shower system, many parts, all done with smiles and efficiency. Have been shopping here for 6-7 years for my cottage and I will be back.

I have shopped at many Home Depot stores up and down the east coast. The Kitty Hawk Home Depot is by far the neatest, most organized store. Additionally the store employees are well trained and always very helpful.

Home Depot is my first choice when I am looking for home improvement products. They offer a good selection at a good value and the associates are helpful in every department. I can’t ask for more.

Purchase Glass sheets on the regular. Use them for making windows. They have an assortment of sizes. So happy I can drive up the street and purchase them Reasonably priced too.

Visited to purchase stove and additional items. All employees were helpful and friendly. Nancy in appliances was just exceptional. Noticed store is much cleaner and orderly than others visited. All employees greeted spoke and were helpful.

We all know stores and restaurants on the Outer Banks are having trouble with adequate staffing. Mike in the tile dept. was the exception. He was helpful and went the "extra mile" to confirm the item I needed was in stock.

Every visit to the Kitty Hawk Home Depot is a treat. The store has most everything. I can shop at this one store and get most everything I need. Keeps me from making several stops. Staff is great. Self checkout easy. Store is immaculately clean and organized.

Much of the merchandise in big box stores can be very similar. I like Home Depot because they have hardware choices and lumber policies not found elsewhere. Start here first for your home or investment property needs.

Some of the stock products are similar to other stores but there are a lot of others that they stock and I can’t get elsewhere, so I shop at Home Depot as my one stop shop.

I live 20 miles from the Kitty Hawk Home Depot and it’s worth the trip. The selections in the hardware, paint, and lumber departments make it an easy decision to shop there.

We had our kitchen custom designed by the Home Depot and it was such a fun and easy process!!! Their cabinet and countertop selection was perfect and the designer was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They show you how the kitchen will look right on the screen, it's awesome! You can move things around and maximize the space, it's really top notch!

As a long satisfied customer who had contracted a number of high value home improvements through this Home Depot store, I had no hesitation to repeat when I needed three external doors replaced. All went well, installer measured the job, doors were ordered and install date agreed. This is when the problems started. The installer failed to show not once but three times. Failed to answer or return all calls and text messages. Eventually did show weeks later, and proceeded with the install, however, continuing his theme of failures, he failed to verify the replacement door was the correct door prior to ripping out the old door. Unfortunately the new door wasn't correct but he'd ripped out the old door. This story goes from bad to worse and I will not labor the point suffice to say this did not have a happy ending. My evaluation is of the Home Depot Professional Service product and not the doors per se, as I never got to enjoy the doors. Engaging the store, I that they use an alternative installer but was informed he was the only installer they had for doors. Given I had no trust or confidence in this contractor, I was left with no other option than to cancel the order and look for another solution. Three months after placing the order, I'm in a worse situation than when I started, original door torn up and faced with placing a new order with another company. Based on this experience I cannot recommend the Kitty Hawk, NC Home Depot store for door installation services. This is a shame as the store has some great people who are always willing to help and advise, just a shame its let down by it "Profession Expert Installation" services being anything but expert or professional. I cannot recommend more strongly that this store find a new installer or it will have a growing list of dissatisfied customers. My rating reflects the quality and value of the Home Depot professional services and not the products, i.e., the doors.
