I have purchased 3+ appliances from the Kitty Hawk, NC Home Depot in the past few years and each time I was lucky enough to have Joanne O’Toole assist me. She is very knowledgeable about all of the appliances in her department. With her help I was always able to make an informed decision on what to buy to meet my needs. My most recent purchase was December 2024. Joanne is a pleasure to work with.

The Kitty Hawk store is by far the most organized and clean store that I’ve ever visited. And I’ve been to easily over dozen stores on the east coast. Also has great staff who greet and assist in the store.

The store was clean, organized and inviting. I appreciated that the issues weren't filled with temporary annoying displays.

So happy I went to this Home Depot.

Originally I worked with a Home Depot Bathroom consultant. She is no longer there unfortunately. She did a great job with us based on my accurate layout of the bathroom. Since she was no longer there I had to make some minor changes which I did with the customer service people. The two gentlemen that checked me also addressed more changes and were very good at making sure the information was accurate at checkout and payment. Thank you for your service.

Very professional and smart employees in the building materials they went over and beyond my expectations and helped me all the way through to the checkout if you own your own business or doing dyi projects this is where you look for your materials and help

I am pro extra member and shop this HD regularly. I know some of the associates there, and everyone is always helpful. I do appreciate that this store donated material and water for WNC relief effort headed by Marine Corps League Detachment 1264, OBX. Great support

Kitty Hawk Home Depot takes excellent care of us!

It’s a breath of fresh air to shop in a clean store where they have what you need and the employees are caring and knowledgeable my hats off to you kitty hawk Home Depot

We came to purchase two Hunter ceiling fans, only to find that the options were limited. We worked with Kip who provided valuable information which we used to make a decision to purchase two Hampton Bay ceiling fans instead. He assisted in loading the boxes into our truck for transporting to our house.

Virtually every time I shop at Home Depot when I need assistance it is available.

Joe went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for. He made us feel like we were the only customers in the store going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I wish we could take him with us. Kudos for hiring such great staff.

The store is clean and well laid out. There are employees at every turn willing to help you with what ever you need, cannot recommend them enough.

I designed my own counter top on the website but could not use the store closest to me to finish the order so I called the Kitty Hawk store and an associate named Jacob worked with me through emails to finish my order so i did not have to drive all the way to the store.

overall the store was fine but the few employees seemed to be spread pretty thin.

They were honest and that’s mean I can trust them !!

Corrina was very helpful, had a positive attitude, and did her job perfect. So was the gentleman in hardware that helped too but I can't recall his name. I am glad they both were there on my last visit/purchase.

Having to shop from out of town I was helped by Colin and he made my experience at the Kitty Hawk Store convenient and easy.

I’m 73 and have been shopping at Home Depot since they first started. I like the product selection, prices, and available services. I do a lot of research and comparison before I purchase anything. I think I am a good judge of quality and I I have always been satisfied with the company.

Everytime I go to Home Depot I usually find everything I need or looking to purchase.

I was able to come in late on Saturday and the Home Depot staff got me a truck, which was not in inventory at the store, delivered Monday morning at 9am. Everything ran perfect.

I placed my order at the Appliance Department with Ariana. She was knowledgeable friendly, articulate and created an all around great experience. Thanks

Andrew at the Customer Service desk is very personable and knowledgeable. Friendly atmosphere.

Had a major return, lots of parts. They went out of their way to take back a large shower system, many parts, all done with smiles and efficiency. Have been shopping here for 6-7 years for my cottage and I will be back.
