Will a homework spot at home help my kids?

Prepare your children for success, whether they're being homeschooled or doing homework, with their own learning space. Help them stay focused with a desk lamp and a writing desk they love. Personalize it with desk organizers in their favorite design and colors. Don't forget the writing utensils! You'll find many necessary back-to-school supplies at your Klamath Falls Home Depot.

How can I prep my home for scorching summer temps?

Be certain your home is ready for summer temperatures by repairing or replacing faulty components of your home and hardscaping. If moisture gets in the crevices, you could be in for a headache. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On your house's exterior, examine shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that might let water in. Keep gutters clear of debris to keep rain overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.

Do you carry large moving boxes?

Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or tornados, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

            Discounts are Deceptive!
I spend thousands of dollars each year at Home Depot because it is convenient. I do not usually pay with the Home Depot Credit Card because I can earn cash rewards between 1% to 5% using other Credit Cards. I only get rewards from their card if I use one of their coupons. On 2 recent in-store purchases, I used the discount coupons they sent to me, and both times encountered problems. Because of this, I feel deceived, and am considering closing their card. On 4/29 I attempted to use a discount Coupon I received via email on April 3rd. This offer was for $15 off on a purchase of $100 or more. I purchased $137 in goods and presented the coupon to the cashier. Her register recognized the offer but would not give the $15 discount. Her attitude was as though I was trying to use the discount for a second time, which I was not. Very insulting. On 4/30 I used a discount coupon (from a mailer) that offered 10% discount on a purchase of $250 or more. My purchase totaled $268 and should have received $25. Instead, the discount was only $9.63. I had $169 in lumber that was NOT discounted. There was nothing on that coupon that listed lumber as being excluded from that offer. I could save more by using my Discover Card (5%). When I contacted Card services online, with a description on the issue, the response was that I had to call their phone contact. That number only connected me to CitiBank Card Services, where I was directed to contact Home Depot Customer Service. I then called that number only to be told that they could not help me because these purchases were made in-store and not online. I would have to take it up in person at the store. That's a 70 mile drive, not very practical. If I had this attitude towards my customers, I would not have any. This does not encourage me to continue shopping at Home Depot, or use their Credit Card. I have other options.

              Improved computer services
I was in a hurry and didn't even look at the receipt until I got home (20 miles away). I then looked at the receipt and did a double take at the amount and started focusing on what had took the cost so high. I was charged for 122 of an item instead of 12. Easy mistake, so I went back (20 miles away) with the receipt and processed the refund. The charge showed up the next day and the refund a day later.

                Great help
I.thought we had perched the extended warranty with washer. We didn't. Thank heavens, as the washer broke down within 90 days . We bought the extended warranty for 5 years for $ 170. Would not thought we would have needed it so soon but, we are glad to have it now.

Terrible Inventory Control and Unfriendly Associates
I constantly come in for products that are shown to be in stock online at the store only to find they don’t have them. I have placed online orders and had products changed on me without notice. Associates rarely ask me if I need help and seem to avoid interacting with customers whenever possible.
