We have loved in Spring Texas for four years and utilized Home Depot hundreds of time for our home needs. The customer service has always been 'top-shelf' in all areas (registers; customer service; hardware; washers and refrigerator section; storage boxes; gardening equipment and needs and much more. Very please with this stores customer service in all areas (been shopping at Home Depot in three different state for over 25 years and this store is the BEST!

I purchased a paint sample which when applied was slightly light is color. I returned to the store to see if we could adjust the color and the clerk refused to assist and went so far as to declare the picture I brought in was not of the paint I purchased at HD and that even the wall did not match the sample I had brought in. He totally refused to assist in any way. I toke the sample to an alternate HD and they added a bit more pigment to the sample and in 3 minutes resolved the color. I will not put a foot back in this store.

Estefani helped me load my car and was nice to me when I was in a wheelchair she has an amazing smile to treat people and very humble and friendly

They Charged me $80 for delivery to have my order not delivered and wasted 4 hours of my time.

We had an awesome experience working with Navish in the paint department. She was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous helpful!

I bought some roses at their garden center and noticed some black mold on them when I returned home. Not a problem, I thought I’d bring them back and get a refund, they end up telling me because I paid cash I won’t be able to get a refund, only a store credit, then it rang up the price 3-4$ cheaper than what I actually paid. I asked to speak with a manager but was told they wouldn’t be able to do anything else either. So I guess I just have to forfeit my extra cash to these fools and can’t actually get a refund for what I bought.

I had a very disappointing experience at Home Depot, particularly with an employee named Terry in the paint department. I needed a color match for a gallon of paint, but there was an issue because the barcode was covered in paint. Terry’s handling of the situation was not only rude but also showed a lack of experience. He claimed that matching the color would be difficult because the paint can is round and his reader is flat. This excuse was bewildering to me, as I’ve never had such a problem with other staff members in the paint department before. Thankfully, another employee, Eric, stepped in to assist me. Eric was both courteous and knowledgeable, providing the help I needed. After this encounter, I am considering avoiding this Home Depot location in the future and will likely visit the Magnolia store instead, where the service is consistently better.

Buying large ticket items can be stressful. Tina made the process very easy by explaining the options and what we needed to know during and for after our purchase. We've bought from other stores in the past and this was by far a better experience.

I came in to buy freeze prevention items and bought many sale items. It would not have been possible without these people: This was the best friendliest Home Depot I have ever been in. The female Milwaukee Rep asked if I needed help and quickly got me Chasity, the Home Depot specialist. I needed help again, and Natalia came to my cash register rescue. The biggest thing all these employees had in common was a great attitude with an amazing smile! I appreciate the patience and professionalism of these people.

The Home Depot 'friends' that helped me with selecting several products were AMAZING! I really appreciate their expertise and kind spirit too!

Shout out to Tina, from the appliance Dept. She is accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me in find the appliance I was looking for, and she gave me some good recommendations including why I should get a warranty and the brands that gives bundle discount.

Look for Hiba when you're ready to check out. You won't find friendlier hospitality and service.

Cashier made a mistake scanning extra which resulted in 3 items more on the receipt and $40 extra, when addressed with the manager she kept asking how do i explain this error could happen, wasn't even trying to listen

Carol Halt made my shopping for new appliances very much worth the trip to Tomball store!! She is knowledgeable on all my questions & concerns and very easy too talk to about what I needed!

Usually at home improvement stores associates are very busy and do not take the time to offer a lot of help to their customers. This store is not one of those places. I got great service, all of my questions answered and all of the products I needed. There are 2 home depots that I have to pass to get to this one and I will be a returning customer because of the service that I received.

I purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher. At delivery it was pointed out that it was damaged. The unit went back on the truck and I was given a number to call. In doing so, the person was very apologetic and concerned about my issue. She was very helpful, polite and professional.

I was looking for 80 lb concrete, all bags were broken, and had to buy 50 lb fast setting instead, 'cause forklift operator was doing something else, restocking dry wall panels, also tried to have them bring down a pallet of cedar pickets, for all they had were some that someone had returned, or damaged, simply ignored.

Overall really good store but there are always semi trucks parked directly in the entrance so it is hard to get in or out of the parking lot safely.

This is the best Home Depot store I have ever been to in the three states I have lived in. I went there to buy a Ryobi Power Scrubber. An employee stayed with me until we were able to locate the item. That employee and cashier Kayla were very friendly and professional. Thank you, Home Depot #2389!
