I am always impressed with how store employees always ask if they can help me. When I do have a questions of where something is at they don't just say aisle something or other they walk you to the product and offer to help in selection, or loading to your car. This location rocks. I call it my little Home Depot because its a smaller store size which I really like.

The store is very well-organized, the associates are very helpful, and I can always find what I want.

I just like to go there when not needing anything, and then impulse buy, buy, buy!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE SALE'S FLOOR! TOO BAD IT'S THE CLOSEST HOME DEPOT TO ME

STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN. I SHOP HERE REGULARLY. LOWES AND OTHER STORES ARE NOT NEAR ENOUGH WHERE I LIVE. ALWAYS MY PROBLEM IS HAVING A HOME DEPOT STAFF AROUND. WHEN THEY ARE THERE, THEY IGNORE WHILE HELPING OTHERS. WHY CAN'T THEY SAY "I WILL BE BACK IN A FEW MINUTES".

THIS STORE ALWAYS HAS WHAT IM LOOKING FOR. GREAT PRICES, FRIENDLY HELPFUL ASSOCIATES, EASY TO FIND ITEMS....WHO COULD ASK FOR MORE? !!!

The store was clean, the products easy to find and the associate was very helpful.

I'm very pleased with this store miss Ashley was exceptional with her customer service skills, pointed me in the right direction of where the product was and even help me with the cutting of a pc pipe she was outstanding!!

I went into the store just to look at all the appliances I asked the associate in the appliance area different questions and she answered them quickly and confidently. She even help me think of some things that I might of overlooked in measuring or positioning. I made my purchase and she was even able to find me a range hood vent that was on a special that I might of overlooked if I didn't go down the special aisle. I will definetly be back for all my home improvement needs.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean store quick access in and out.

As always, the store was very clean and very well organized. I am currently have to use an orthopedic glove on my right hand and I had assistance from a sales associate as I used the self checkout register.

I ASKED FOR A PLUMBING SALES ASSOCIATE FROM THE HOME DEPOT PEOPLE AROUND THE AISLE, AND HE SAID THAT IF I ASKED AN ELECTRICAL QUESTION, HE CAN ANSWER IT. HE SAID FURTHER THAT THE PLUMBING PERSON IS BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMER. AND HE RUN AWAY AND LEFT THE AISLE. . I WAITED FOR 30 MINUTES AT THE AISLE. IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME, BUT I NEEDED SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THE POP UP SPRINKLER WOULD WORK SO I CAN MAKE A DECISION WHAT TO BUY. THERE WERE THREE KINDS OF CANNED POP=UP SPRINKLERS IN THE SHELVES.

The floor rep was so helpful and accomodating. He made sure that I got want I was looking for and explain on how can I save money but using other products.

Associate "David" came to our rescue and found the 8X10 area rug we were searching for. It was buried beneath 5-10 other rugs on a table (instead of with the other rugs on the racks). He didn't hesitate to take all the other rugs off (lots of heavy lifting), and get the one we wanted. Cashier was also excellent (we tried self-help check out but had trouble locating the bar code to scan).

I received great customer service in the Building Materials Department by associate Rob. He's is very knowledgable and friendly. Associates like him are the reason why I continue to shop at La Mirada HD. Great job. Thanks for all your help

Been shopping at he Home Depot for 25 years, noticed that the La Mirada Store has changed for the better in the past few years. More stock available, associates more friendly and helpful. Always looking to run to the sore for a new small or big project and as usual find what I need to complete what I plan. Grazie.
