Cashier Jennifer makes my visits to Home Depot La Quinta a happy and wonderful experience. She is so upbeat and helpful. ALL Home Depot employees can learn something from her about customer service.

youll find more help in the self checkout lines than you will needed help cutting cable. then they will think you are lying when you tell them how much you have, which is understandable if they could actually figure out how much you have. watched the employee try to measure 10feet of cable by throwing it upwards where lumber is measured. embarrassing the person could not count or problem solve.

The mangers don't know their own policies and will try to gas light you to cover their ignorance.

I found just the right under cabinet lighting I needed at a great price. Their paint department is excellent. The check out staff is very helpful. Lorena was especially helpful at checkout.

I needed three different things. The items were way far apart in the store and 3 different employees helped me find what I needed! It was great!

This store from Jeremy greeting at the door to Charles and Denise helping with my transaction, I felt like they valued my business, valued me as a customer and wanted my business. They made everything seamless with clearly what to expect, when and how. This is unusual. I plan on using this Home Depot for my gardening and household needs.

I order and pay in full 10 days a go and when finally they supposed to do the job they cancel at the last minute. We move everything out of the kitchen and Now we have to wait another 5 days ! Customer service never responded my call .Thank you Mrs Christina at Indio location ! NEVER AGAIN!

You have a great paint department. Also this year I started buying plants, especially herbs and am very happy with that department.

The wife for now went to Home Depot late at night, because we needed to replace the washer, we had been without a washer for over four weeks now, and our original purchase at a different store store said that we needed to wait another 30 days for delivery. This was not acceptable. When we got to Home Depot, a young man, was able to find a SKU number to the appliance we were looking for. Then he connected us with Paolo, who helped us find it in his computer system, and placed the order ensuring it would be delivered in five days. Thank you, Home Depot team of La Quinta!!!

As soon as the cashier see you have a large item they should inquire if you need assistance. Our new toilet weighed 90 pounds. It took me a while to find someone in the store to help me loaded it on a cart and he was older than me and I’m 65.

Out of 7 (or 8?) self serve check-outs, only 3 were open/green. The others were all on/ready for scanning, but when I attempted to use one I got told by the cashier that those machines were "rebooting" and couldn't be used. No they weren't, they were all at the ready to scan screen. I think she just didn't want to supervise more than 3 self check-outs at a time. If you're going to make me check-out myself (which I don't mind), at least have more than 3 tills open.

HD has a great collection of goods that help me fix with problems or new tasks.

Your store once had them in stock I now have order

If you need something they will have it. The only issue for me is that they need more staff to cover the floor and help those of us who need information. Once you are able to find someone to help, they are very knowledgeable.

Purchased ( 3 ) products ( 2 ) hours in store, delivered washer and dryer dented and refrigerator would turn on and off and would not stay cool. These purchases were made for Thanksgiving day event. Had to return washer and stack dryer and refrigerator and make arrangements for a loaner that we had to rent a truck from HomeDEepot and move it to our home on our own.

Great customer service and this is a fully stocked and clean store.

I buy all my appliances from Home Depot because of Hilda. She is a gem. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable on all the products available. Such a sweet and kind person.

The gal at the customer service desk was most helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I finally had to go to customer service in order to get assistance in the plumbing department.
