Natalie and Michael at the Service desk are Absolutely Amazing... they contacted me about not having a product I ordered and switched it to one in stock, Instead of just cancelling the order like done in the past, Great job guys!!

Most employees here are a joke and take their jobs as such. Takes hour and a half to do something that should take 20-30 minutes. Get better employees make sure they ain't "half baked" when they show up to work 🤦‍♂️

I have entered Home Depot several times over the last past year, and purchased many items in the thousands of dollars range. I thoroughly enjoy Home Depot, but I’m very dissatisfied that my veteran status discount is cut off at $400 as I was told. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars, and I understand certain items don’t qualify, but I have showed loyalty to your establishment. It would be nice to see loyalty shown to its customers that show loyalty to your business. I am self-employed and I sure appreciation to my clients with benefits and discount discounts.

No place of business anymore keeps good inventory anymore at all. You check the store to see if it has what you want, The website says yes it's in stock. I drive 20+ miles to the store to find out it's out of stock. I wish companies would take accountability for jobs like that and hire people that will do the job right and that keeps the inventory in a lot better shape. Thank you.

It’s Black Friday weekend, and there is lots of traffic. The store is well stocked, the associates are helpful and smiling, even though they have endured a tremendous onslaught of knowing and unknowing. I was wandering aimlessly hoping for some inspiration, and several asked if I needed help. Absolutely great staff!

I got 140 Bales of pine straw last week. Young lady named Alice. Working a desk, waited on me great jobs, she did.

My experiences with HD have been great in general anyway, but this store specifically has been awesome. The staff has been very helpful and hard-working, directing you to hard-to-find items, answering questions, and quickly loading up any large supplies. I've always enjoyed coming here.

Poor service in garden area. They said it was too hot to help me load 29 pavers. Don't they have a fork lift?! 29?!

I am a Credit card member and have been for 3-4 years. the day before tropical storm Debby, I came in and bought 2 ac units. Was told by the cashier that I could not use any of the 2 coupons that I receive for being a card member. I have only used the 10% off or financing discount coupon with every purchase that I’ve done. It’s apart of the credit card member system. Imagine Home Depot cashier that isn’t trained properly adding a financial burden to you hours before a tropical storm/hurricane hits.

Compared to your competitors and to other Home Depot stores, the Lake City store employees are more knowledgeable and helpful. They seemed more friendly and more welcoming and more accessible and easier to find to ask for assistance.

Not enough people to check you out. Terrible set up for check out. And not enough people.

No one helped us in or out of the store even though they said they would get someone. Hal the head cashier said he couldn’t find anyone to help me.

The people here are some of the best. Friendly, honest, helpful and willing to stop and listen. That is a very important reason this is a good store. Keep up the good work.

Great employee experience with the purchase of a zero turn mower!

Purchased appliances after much research and effort, Home Depot had best prices for what I needed. Due to computer problems at home, ordering online didn't work out so I went into the store. I believe God had me do that so I understood better what would fill my needs - I ended up getting a better range for not much more money, learned where the serial numbers on the appliances are for easy registration, and had a great experience ordering and going through all the way to delivery process. Everything was as asked for and better!

I find my cart, select my items, scan them and pay for them! Your employees stand around and watch me and chit/chat! I’m about d a m n tired of that! Put them on a register or send them home!!

Alice at the pro desk is very professional, and provides excellent customer service.

Our paint was mixed wrong. No refund or solution offered. Employee never acknowledged this. I was told to learn to communicate. No paint sample on lid. The finish was to be glossy but was made satin. We didn't know this until we went back for more paint. We will NEVER buy paint from this man. He is not to be trusted with such a purchase

I went to the store in Lake City, FL today & had a great experience! The employee, Adele, has great customer service skills and was very helpful.
