What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.

helpful staff
I buy lots of building material at this HD weekly and I have found the guys that work the loading area to be very friendly and helpful with the loading of my truck. The tool rental area is also a good team to work with.

I hate it when they stop you at the exit door to re-check your receipt. None of the other stores does this. When purchasing anything from the garden area, you have to walk all the way to the other end to exit, since there is no entrance or exit at the garden area. Help is also very minimal. Items are also not available as needed. I go here only because it is closer to home.

Kelsey was wonderful. She had a great attitude, very friendly and helpful. She was even able to pronounce my name correctly.
