I buy lots of building material at this HD weekly and I have found the guys that work the loading area to be very friendly and helpful with the loading of my truck. The tool rental area is also a good team to work with.

We received help from the store associate in the rental equipment department. He was very knowledgeable about the submerged pumps. He took the time on how to setup the pump. The enabled is to fully empty our pool.

Im happy i got the services that i need and like the place.

This store has declined the past year. Took a dive straight down with customer service in loading material in customers' vehicles. I used to always get 10 to 20 bags of soiled loaded all the time for ten years and my past two visits took forever for the nice cashiers to get help from co-worker(employee) to come and help load. I walked over to the customer service counter to at least tell them that nobody is responding to the cashiers request(which was not her fault) and the customer service was too busy to acknowledge me standing at the counter for help. Finally after hearing them finish their stories of life among each other they glanced at me and slowly walked towards me to see what I needed. I told them the cashier called for backup help to load my soil and now there was another lady that also needed 200 pavers loaded. Still waiting. Called customer service and she said the paver lady will be loaded first and everyone is busy. 5 associated standing around chatting is what I saw in garden. What a joke! Sick of shopping at the Lake Elsinore depot.Going to Lowes forever now

Every thing at the store was clean and easy to find and the associate very helpful at lighting area

I needed a replacement chain for my chainsaw that had been bought years ago at home depot. I had the Remington name and model but found no reference to it on the wall choice nor in the "handy" reference book. I asked for help the associate said he didn't know anything but would get someone who was an expert-he called & said someone would be there shortly. No one came I read every thing I could an gave up & asked another associate in paint for help. He called but the conversation he had with the "expert" person seemed to be that he didn't care or have time. So I took my best guess in chains & left. I had wanted to find other products but had wasted so long there I was disgusted. If this chain is wrong I had better be able to return it full price - yet another waste of time.

I had no idea how to go about replacing my bathroom vanity. I was immediately greeted by an associate who was getting ready to clock out and go home. She was so friendly, even asking me my needs. Showed me different woods and was going to call me the next morning to set everything up for me. Jennifer had been helping another customer. She came walking into the cabinet area as she was finished with other customer. The associate getting off work immediately informed Jennifer what I needed. Jennifer took over. I was amazed how much she knew as I know very little about vanities that need to be 33" in height compared to the standard 47.5" height. Jennifer had everything set for me, setting up measuring, helping me pick the vanity with double sink. What a great experience! You have a great kitchen and bath team in Lake Elsinore. Again, I was totally amazed. I was not expecting to go in and leave with all plans set.

The associate working the gardening nursery was extremely helpful in suggesting to me even better ideas about decorating with hanging plants than I came in with and at a way lower price than expected! She was so friendly and I'm so excited that my backyard will look even better than I pictured because of her!

We were uncertain about the FITTING of a ceiling light to a fan. The associate EXPLAINED PERFECTLY IN DETAIL what the options were. He also informed us about similar other products on hand, but we were quite sure that the one he showed us was what we needed. There was a MALFUNCTION at the self serve cash registers and shoppers seemed to be giving an associate a hard time. There was only one cashier open otherwise and the line was lengthy. I told my husband that although the line was long and shoppers had many items we would do better than if we waited. And so it was and we came to find that we had PURCHASED THE IDEAL PRODUCTS for our specific need.

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Most of the time it is for something I need for a home improvement project. I enjoy shopping the hardware and tools aisles for new products or tools I may need (want) for an upcoming project I would like to complete. I have a Home Depot home.

the cashier not aware of the products, and policy for dicounts, and also the managers don't have a clue, it is always the computer, might as well just have a happy face on the regesters. so many time I have had to go to the return regester because my purchases did not ring up right. Homedepot needs to better train the associate at the regester. There is nothing worse then being told to go to the return check out, and wait in line, and have explain what happen when it was Homedept that made the mistake. I am thinking will not go back to that store.

People at this Home Depot are always there to help out...Have a question and they will help you out..

Kelsey was wonderful. She had a great attitude, very friendly and helpful. She was even able to pronounce my name correctly. The service guys who loaded our items were very friendly and courteous and worked together.

The place was ok, not too busy. Only, I wasn't able to find what I wanted . They do have a lot of selections though. It just happened that the one I needed was not available in the store. But that was not a problem, you can always order from their different branches .

I am glad that I was able to get a discount for my past military service. Great!!!

After going and trying counts-less store's of buying a Refrigerator it left me with a horrible experience and i won't forget. After taking my father advice and going to the Home Depot i felt so much better. It truly made my experience fast, easy, and worth while. No calls to the store's about my Refrigerator deliver, no talking to Manger, no problem as to why my Refrigerator not working. The Home Depot was over all great it wash away all my worries. The Associate answered all the questions i have and was polite. ........ Thank you <3
