items are good I am permanent Disabled and emplee name Ermnestor Colomboro was so rude told me i am distorting the store and he will call security to get me kicked out when i was checking the box i was about to buy and i told him i am buying this Sir. I was looking for an item I asked an employee very rude said isle so and so usually they would take you to find your item this guy gave me the brush off

Your employees at the location Lantana Road and jog Road are the worst bunch of staff unfriendly unhelpful and always having an attitude. Once in a great while you’ll get one employed that has a decent sense of humor as well to help you but 98% of. Work staff on ask for help either have an attitude or they tell you they’re on break or they have to go to restroom. Find somebody else.

I purchased a grill on Monday and they advised it would be assembled and delivered by Wednesday. I received a call Wednesday saying it will not be until Saturday, I received an email Saturday morning advising delivery won’t be until next Saturday when I called they advised the assembly person never showed up to work. I’m very disappointed in home depot‘s customer service.

The store is overly jammed, many of the isles are so tight I could barely get the wagon through them. Time to roll those prices back down.

I am a significant HD client and visit a number of stores. Most of the other’s employees look to offer assistance proactively. The culture at this store is to avoid customers. Also, the aisles are often blocked with product that hasn’t been shelved.

I was sent a survey and I wanted to tell them what I needed and what was not there.. But I could not explain my problem on Survey. I need a four bolts and four nuts. All the specialty bins were half empty And totally Mixed up. I asked her a I asked I asked help End The Home Depot employee should. Yes I think there are two more on The Inventory and he walked away. It seemed like I was there Forever trying to find something that would work. I did not get what I wanted . Had to improvise.

It's always about finding the right person but on Friday July26 the team in the customer service section (lead by Jess) was particularly sharp and effective

Never being helped even when they call 4x. Even getting management is little to no help. Just needed shelves cut. Wasted 30 minutes and ended up leaving.

I found what I needed very quickly

I was looking for hardware for furniture and could not get anyone to help me. Even after an announcement was made over the loudspeaker o meet me in aisle 15, no one showed. When I finally found the item, they only had one type which would not work with our new furniture.

I had complete home renovations done and was very happy that to be visiting this location almost every day for my all my needs and wants. Staff are super friendly

This location used to be clean and well staffed and well stocked. Sadly, not anymore

the manager and Lekia were great in assisting me and were very friendly and helpful. It is hard to find service like this these days.

The team at this store strive to provide friendly and courteous service that I truly appreciate.

THERE WERE TOO MANY OBSTACLES IN THE AISLES TO BE ABLE TO SHOP COMFORTABLY.

Alex and Phillip and customer service were the real MVP’s!!! They went above and beyond to help me after waiting 35 minutes in the plumbing isle. I would like someone to call me personally to discuss how great these two individuals are!

Recently, I visited the Home Depot in Lake Worth on Lantana Road and had a very pleasant experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. At check out I could not have been taken care of in a more caring way.
