Nathan S. was an outstanding member of your Home Depot team. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. He went way above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. He definitely deserves to be recognized for ensuring that we were able to ask questions and understand how to be successful at repairing our broken mailbox. We have never seen anyone this helpful at any Home Depot before!

I was very impressed by a Home Depot worker, a young woman, who had a lot of patience that I'll choose among a few similar but different products.

The store was very busy, yet and still well managed.

Lack of staffs, some of them are very rude. Everytime I go there, I always have ti wait for over 30 minutes before some can assist me.

Marley at the front register was great and as lot of help. My register would not work she was king and nice. She fixed the problem and I was in my way. Very nice person

I absolutely love this Home Depot location! The manager Jared is amazing and very helpful! The store is always clean and organized! The garden center is full of knowledgeable employees who are always willing to help and assist from answering questions about plants to loading my cart with anything I can't lift! The building department has amazing employees too, any time I need help there is always someone there to guide me with what I need to buy to complete my project! The paint department rocks! I always get great help when I go in that department! The cashiers are awesome and sweet! They are always ready to take the next customer and move you thru the line in a timely matter while being friendly and professional! I shop at this store quite often and give them five stars because they are overall amazing!

This is my Home Depot and it always has everything I need, well stocked and people are helpful. This one and only time however I was “assisted” by a cashier Tatiana. She gave me attitude and refused to help me after I stated I needed assistance with measuring the baseboard. Jose stepped in and assisted me and apologized for the lack of customer service. It seemed to me like it wasn’t the first time he had to cover for her. I suggest shopping here and avoiding Tatiana. (:

I have been shopping at another HD & Lowes. After I met Morly walking through and at the register. I have been coming here. She is a great representative for HD. Always kind and helpful. She is a force for HD. I am a retired exec. If I was still working, I would take her from HD, (sorry). I hope you will do more than pat her on the back. She is a special employee for you. She is what you need out front at this time.

We where looking for tiles for our whole house. We where visiting other tile stores including other Home Depot stores, and couldn’t agree on one with my husband. Then we stopped at this store and we both love what we ordered. The selection in this store seems much better in everything. We will visit more often even though it’s a little further.

This store is always clean, efficient and with friendly associates.Keveen , Batiste, Nick & especially Kat were wonderful ! I have noticed a large turnover, though. Having a place on Lake Toxaway, where one of the founders owns property, I would hope they took good care of their employees. And especially those who showed up during this virus outbreak.

I would start with the sale cashier name Jennifer. She was a very condescending women with a cranky demeanor and her place is not to work at customer service. I went to the store today to exchange of the spray bottled and I forget to get an extension plug for my garage so I told the previous cashier that I forget to buy an extension cord and she replied "go get it and I'll be able to help you again" So I went...then I came back and jennifer ask to assist me and I told her I need to pay for this. She told me this is not a checkout line (grumpy demeanor),so I explained to her that I was here before. The previous cashier was going to assist me,she's rude. She caught me off everytime I was trying to explained myself.

Store was clean. Products were in the right place. Most employees there are friendly and actually do want to help you as much as they can within the best of their ability.

Manager and staff refused to honor pricing from another Home Depot store. Very rude

Great shopping here. Everything you need and professional help is always appreciated. The store is setup so you can find what your looking for easily and there’s always associates to help you who are knowledgeable and friendly. Love this store.

If your looking for help to try to find something don’t ask any of the associates no one is willing to help you get the items you require.

Geydi is an amazing cashier

James in the kitchen department helped us purchase a new over-the-range microwave and schedule the installation. There were many brands and models to choose from. James was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and competent. He answered all of our questions. We were fortunate to have James as our sales associate.
