store has every thing you need

Everyone is very friendly and I can always find someone to help me. They always have what I need as well as the quantity that I need.

If you need something for the house this is the best place to go. Their racks and shelves are always stocked, the aisles are always clutter free, the associates are friendly and helpful without being pushy to buy something, and the associates know what they are talking about.

The people are great the problem is they have way to many free standing displays. Even the main aisle in front of registers. On the side aisle there is so many displays or those big ladders two carts cant even pass each other in opposite directions. Very cluttered. Several times they were out of stock on boards I needed. Still the friendliness of the employees make up for it. Even the store manager is great although you would never know he was the store manager because he wears basically the same stuff as the others who work there and he didnt hesitate to jump right in to take me to what I needed. Personally I think that fantastic and other Store Managers could learn from him.

great store, I would like to get a job there. I have a lot of hardware and equipment knowledge. I found everything without issue

In many stores now days its hard finding assistance but not at this store. Which made my shopping experience more pleasant

This is one of my favorite stores to visit [I go to over 15 diff home depots weekly] This store always has enough people covering the cashiers and the Pro desk area. I can't remember when I had to wait in line at this store where it was a disappointment. ALL the employees are cheerful and helpful. Store is always clean and do not have to maneuver around pallets of merchandise

Great service

Clerk use dark markers when circling receipts. Unable to see user ID or password for survey on 3 receipts. Should use light colored highlighters

This store has the best customer service and their employees are always willing to help with any questions or finding/ showing you where you can find the things you are looking for. Garden dept is always in great shape and have much to choose from. Great Store!!

Had a great experience here at this store and saved on the sales tax as well. We live between Brandon and Lakeland and this store is easier for us to access and saved us a little in tax now that Hillsborough has gone to 8.5%. Our sales rep was so good, competent and one of the most helpful we have had in a long time. Her name is Karen, and she really went above and beyond to help us purchase what we needed for a new home purchase. She saved me so much work and hassle- Thank you so much and especially for our $100 off for opening a new account, every bit helps when you have much to buy. Highly recommend. D. True

This store is set up very well and everything is easy to find. Didn't wait long in check out line everything about this store was very convenient.

I would not recommend this store because I can never find people to help me. So many look away when you try and make contact with them. I’ve been there at least six times since we’ve been back to Florida and it happens most of the time. The CHECK OUT STAFF WERE WONDERFUL AND FRIENDLY. I wish the people working in the other departments were as nice. I live in Wisconsin half the time and I would give that store 5 stars. This store doesn’t even come close in customer service. I don’t know if all departments are like this, but the building supplies area is the departments I have used the most.

I would definitely recommend this store because the customer service is so helpful. They win hands down over the local competitor because of terrible customer service or should I say LACK OFF. I recently went to Home Depot for water softner salt and was treated with quick service, helpfulness and courtesy. Home Depot knows how to treat its customers right!!

I particularly like this location as they are always very helpful. I take my dad on his annual birthday trip and let him pick out whatever he wants from the store. I also go at least once a month for household cleaning supplies and service parts for appliances.

Helpful and courteous employees. Competitive low prices and everything you need in one stop.

My husband and I were looking for specific paint colors. The sales associate in the paint department was excellent. He gave us tips and recommended paint that will meet our needs in our home.

Every time I shop at Home Depot I walk away very pleased with my visit. I find the employees very friendly and are ready to assist in any way they can. It is appreciated because it makes my visit less stressful.

My experience at the North Lakeland Home Depot was excellent. A non-department person assisted me with chosing items needed while calling for someone that worked in the department to help me. She was very attentive and friendly. The young man who assisted me was wonderful also. He was informative about the extended warranty and if I had concerns with my appliances, I had 48 hours to report it. He even highlighted it for me. Both associates could not be more friendly nor more helpful than they were. Thank you North Lakeland for hiring wonderful and caring people.
