Great prices Show your military ID and save

I had the pleasure of being checked out by the manager cell person number is KYR867 and she is the greatest manager of Home Depot I have came across and I wish everyone can have that experience that I had with her on all their occasions at Home Depot

Upon using the self checkout today 12/15/2021 at 12:43 pm. The cashier who was overseeing that area kept bugging me about getting a Home Depot credit card, I had to tell her 5 times that I am not interested, and finally I had to yell at her to walk away! I would go to Iraq and get material before I ever return to this again!

Joanna was very helpful and professional this morning. Helping me with my tile purchase and then also walking me to the building material section to find the aluminum sheet I am going to use for a back splash. Then Margaret at check out was very helpful, professional and courteous. I had just came from Floor & Decore, where they were not very helpful at all and acted like i was bothering them.

I have been to this location many times. Each time I'm always greeted upon entering and pointed in the right direction if I need assistance. The employees are extremely friendly and truly go above and beyond to make your visit a fantastic experience. Margaret (one of their cashiers) completely turned my day around due to her genuine kindness. They are privileged to have people like her on their team. I would highly recommend this Home Depot location to anyone.

I loved how fast I got to leave without wasting to much time. I’m a really busy person so quick shopping is calling to my nature.

We were very happy that the gas dryer was in stock and the Kohler sink was on sale for a very reasonable price. Loretta was of great help to us and went over and above in helping. Going up high on a tow motor to retrieve the sink which was very heavy. We also appreciate the Military discount, always an added help to our budget.

This store is one of the best best I have been in. The employees are always friendly and that means a lot. They know where everything is and they are more than willing to show you where it is. This store is always nice and clean including restrooms.

I enjoy shopping at Lakeland 0248. I prefer some of the brands HD offers versus what other companies do. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Ordering at customer service is easy and fun because I bring the specific product information with me to make it easier for the CSA to enter the order. I also appreciate Home Depot's generosity in offering a veteran's discount. Every bit helps.

The employees were kind, caring, and very polite. In the pouring rain their attitudes while loading the grill into my car were so friendly and helpful. I have nothing but praise for a job well done. I will be shopping at this Home Depot again.

I have shopped this location for over 20 years and have always found the store clean, the employees very knowledgeable and helpful, they are always courteous and patient no matter how frustrating a customer can be. I am not particularly skilled and they explain the process I need to complete a job.

The store is always crowded (what isn't in Lakeland?) but with helpful employees (Kim O helped us) and an adequate number of self checkouts, getting in and out is not a problem. A well-run Home Depot, better than most!

Better than their competitor up the street. Very friendly staff that is very knowledgeable and always ready to help you find what you need. Your competitor could learn from this store. No brainer on where I will go next time I need something for the home.

This is a decent Home Depot. Generally well stocked. Courteous and helpful employees. Convenient to the north side of Lakeland.

Customer service is what I like and there doing a great job. I’am 75 years old and the people that work there are respectful.

We purchased 70 bundles of shingles on 3-8-2021. They called 3-12-2021 at 10:39 a.m. to tell us they were ready, then when we went to get them they didn't have them. ( same day ). Then they butt dialed us and trashed us not knowing we could hear them. Patricia and Brad! Very disappointing. I hope management sees this. I called Brad and let him know about his blunder! I will follow up with Area Manager!

Store is neat and associates are friendly and helpful Yadira was extremely helpful and sweet.
