We purchased 70 bundles of shingles on 3-8-2021. They called 3-12-2021 at 10:39 a.m. to tell us they were ready, then when we went to get them they didn't have them. ( same day ). Then they butt dialed us and trashed us not knowing we could hear them. Patricia and Brad! Very disappointing. I hope management sees this. I called Brad and let him know about his blunder! I will follow up with Area Manager!

Store is neat and associates are friendly and helpful Yadira was extremely helpful and sweet.

We are looking to replace our patio door. Bob was very helpful in guiding us through the process of having someone come out to measure and what our options were. Thanks Bob.

Store was stocked and clean. Plenty of personnel available but not properly trained in store policies They keep screwing up my 10% Miltary discount. I was told that the "policy changed - it is only available on Holidays" Now - on my most recent purchase - the discount only applied to the lowest priced item in my cart. The amount was only 58 cents on a $50.+ purchase. In order to find out why, I spent an additional half hour with customer service (useless). They can't even show me a copy of the policy. if you are a disabled Vet and count on the discount - dont go here

I would just like to say, I Love me My Home Depot Store 0248 Lakeland.

This trip to Home Depot will always be worth your time if you get lucky enough to find the cashier named Kim O. (Younger thin blonde) then You'll definitely leave with everything you came for (or possibly a better version of what you needed and possibly a better price), and you will be through the check out lane so fast you'll have yourself questioning how she did it so fast meanwhile making intellectually humorous remarks and jokds. You'll leave her lane laughing and happy you went to Home Depot Everytime. Promise you that. Best employee at this store.

I will recommend this Home Depot store to anyone that house hold stuffs

The store always looks good and the staff is very helpful. The parking lot get a little tight sometimes but that is because the contractor trucks at peak business time. The customer service and returns team are fast and efficient thanks to people like Guy and Yadira. Lumber and Pro Area is far superior than the "Blue" store and their machine is never broken like the blue store. The Electrical side is packed with knowledgeable people that can help you with what you need. If your time is of value to you, then ORANGE is the way to go bar none.

This store has been very helpful as a customer with all the product I have purchased over the years. Anita Gonzalez is very helpful and knowledgeable associate to work with when complete my transactions in this store.

During the COVID-19 pandemic I found this Lakeland North store was going this extra mile to protect their employees and the shoppers. I was impressed. As usual Home Depot comes through. I’ve used their approved contractors for services and support services an was impressed.

My salesperson Bridget was very helpful when I purchased a washer and dryer pair from home depot .....she really tried to get me a discount for the pair.

Will you recognize Glen (#25) who has ALWAYS been helpful and polite. It is because of Glen I shop frequently at the Home Depot in Lakeland FL. Another person I want to recognize for her fantastic service and charm is Tomeka. I had a difficult return and she handled it without an issue. She is great! Great Store!

The service was terrible. We bought a riding lawn mower and the person who came to help was a young guy who acted like he was bored. He dumped us at the casher and left. We then had to wait again for someone to get someone to come back out and unlock the mower and go get the keys and manual. The first person who came out wanted to know what we wanted (kind of rudely) and when I told him what we were waiting for he left and we waited another 10 mins for someone else to come out. All total, this took almost 45 mins. There was one gentleman by the name of Kirk who tried to help us during all this, but wasn't trained for the garden center. The employees should have a little knowledge of all departments so this type of service doesn't happen
