Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

How long is The Home Depot Spring Deals sale?

Enjoy some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings sunny cheer. It's also a great time for lawn and garden work outdoors, organizing your home with the perfect storage, and setting up new appliances indoors. Remember to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale that runs only from April 23rd through May 10th. Don't miss out on these bargains.

What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?

Be certain your home is equipped for springtime weather changes by replacing faulty components of your hardscaping. On the outside of your home, examine shingles or metal roofing for damage that can let water in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to winter weather. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're badly weathered. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If moisture freezes in the cracks, you could be looking at trouble.

What types of moving boxes do you have?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or hurricanes, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, remember that inverter generators are pricier than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.

What's the project at the May Home Depot Kids Workshop?

Stop by for the Kids Workshop on May 2nd, from 9–noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a keepsake box! Your little builder can put together their very own trinket holder — complete with a sliding lid. Remember to leave plenty of time to decorate your box with stickers!
