WE ENJOY SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT LAREDO AND HOME DEPOT SAN ANTONIO NW LOOP 410, LOCATION IS GREAT, VERY ORGANIZED, ALWAYS HAVE A VARIETY OF WHATEVER YOU NEED AND SEVERAL LEVELS OF PRICES. EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SOME ITEMS ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER STORES BUT I ALWAYS SHOP AROUND AND LOVE THAT THEY MATCH PRICES. THANK YOU 😊

Am very satisfied with the product

I bought a water heater at this store. I like the location and the variety of water heaters they had. The bad part was that no employee was around so that I can ask questions. I had to go to the customer service desk and have them locate someone to help. The employee that helped me was knowledgeable with water heaters and was able to answer all my questions. I bought a water heater, hoses and the pan. I went to the customer service desk and was able to have my plumber go pick up the items. That was definitely a plus... Over all, I will continue shopping at this store.

It has everything you could possibly need or want

I went into the store, not even sure if they had the product I was looking for, I was greeted at the entrance and taken straight to where I needed to find my item. Not sure the name of the employee, but Im sure they're all as friendly amd helpful as he was!

Went in ther to look for a certain fence plank and ask for help and they did both want to help me out. One employees was page to the section I was, he saw me there and didn't even acknowledge me. The second employee tried to help but refuse to look for the product I was needing.

I visit the store often for gardening and home repair needs. I find the store associates to be well informed and helpful. Store offers a wide inventory of building and home materials at reasonable prices. Good customer sevice!

Laredo is growing and stores are getting behind...valley has 3 home depots and laredo only one that has not expanded within the las 20 to 25 years. We need a home depot on the south or central laredo...having to travel 45 min to 30 min to go the nearest home depot is not ideal. Laredo needs a second home depot

This is an old Home Depot and the parking lot needs resurfacing with quality materials. Parking lot gets packed and full of reckless drivers . Laredoans deserve another newer location to serve North Laredo customers .

I had initial issues with a returned item that required the intervention of the assistant manager. After identifying the problem the assistant manager and his customer service staff solved the (IT) related issue and promptly processed the return. Courteous management and staff, great service. HD will continue to be my go-to place for all further building and construction projects.

Worst customer service in the state of Texas. I have been to several different Home Depot store throughout Texas( maybe 20) and by far Laredo has is the worst

I had brought a box cutter and razor replacements for work the staff was very nice and passionate in their work stations.

Mr. Greg from the garden Center was super professional & welcoming. I loved his attitude, and I really appreciated the fact that when I would ask questions about certain products, he could actually answer me & was very knowledgeable about the store & the store's products and promotions going on. I will definitely be returning to shop at that store, hopefully I'll run into Mr. Greg .

i made a 1200sq ft storage and i bought everything at the home depot store in laredo.

I went to purchase a portable ac unit, the workers within the store helped me find what I was looking for. The problem was the employees at the front where the ac units were. They saw me drag the heavy box all the way to the checkout and no one offered to help me. Then the girl in the self checkout saw me struggle and didn't call on anyone to assist me.

I BEEN SHOPPING IN THIS PARTICULAR HOME DEPOT STORE IN LAREDO TX. CANT COMPLAIN. FROM EMPLOYEES TO HAVING EVERYTHING WELL ORGANIZE . LOVE TO SHOP HERE THANK YOU HOME DEPOT.

Very horrible experience. I went to buy flooring products for a shower, and they were completely put. The horrible part was the lady by the name ANA which was very rude. Zero stars for this review.
