I asked for help, employee looked at his phone inventory and walked me to it

Employee Lizzy or Elizabeth was extremely rude and unprofessional to at least 3 customers before me in checkout lumbar she rolled eyes, disrespected customer while asking for the pro member id and was very very unprofessional her pink hair is easy to distinguish will not be going there again

I bout a ceiling for my living room and it's working beautifully.

Every chance I get I go to Home depot especially on memorial, fathers day etc for the available specials. Also when something gets broken around the house most definitely is my 1st pick to go before headed to other locations prices are awesome staff is awesome love this store .just got this on memorial day to better my tooling awesome so happy to get it .

I bought an exterior door and had to call my son to help me loaded up on the shopping cart. No employee even offered to help, it’s actually very sad that this happens in my own home town. We don’t have too many options where to shop.

These employees are always a bad mood they always have a mad or sad face... been there so many times it is always the same it seems like they hate customers

As a handywoman, I am extremely satisfied with all my power tools and gardening equipment I have purchased at the store. I’ve been a customer for decades and extremely satisfied with all my purchases. I also participate in their excellent workshops that they provide for the community.

Best customer service

I recently went to purchase a water boiler for my home and all was well until delivery time came. Home Depot has a cheap 3rd party company that delivers and they are liars, lazy, and unprofessional. The first guy that we got (Juan V) straight up lied that he even bothered to come to my residence (we have Ring camera proof he dud t show up). He also lied that he called and called and got “no answer.” When I called to complain they sent another driver (a woman God bless her soul) but with no proper tools to carry a water boiler! I am just glad my shipment got there with no damage after all the trips! Next time, I’ll just skip delivery and take stuff home myself!

Manager doesn't care enough

I went for a purchase on various items as I went to the self checkout and tried to pay with my Home Depot card didn’t go thru I know I have available credit but didn’t work as I was putting my items in the bag the person standing in the middle of the self checkout yelled your card didn’t go thru, I felt embarrassed, since there was no need of that statement in front of other customers, so I tried my card again, this time it went thru, still feeling embarrassed I walked away and forgot my bag with my purchase. Went to my car and realized I had forgotten them, another customer mentioned he gave them to this employee the one that yelled at me telling me my card was not accepted, went back and got a very disregarded attention from her like if she was going beyond her duties. It’s very unpleasant to go to a place that I visit every time I need home improvement and get this attitude. More training? Maybe but a better attitude and approach will be appreciated. Thank you

I placed 2 orders in 2 different days. And the same thing. Home Depot send a text and email notifying that the order is ready. Once I arrived to pickup the order is not ready. The curbside is being used as regular parking. It defeats the purpose of curbside. Both times I had to wait over an hour to get orders.

this store is well stocked and has great prices and promotions, lacks organization and updated info for the quantities and location of the merchandise in the app and the store computers, but the employees are ready to assist and help you

Place is always the same everything‘s a mess no room to move around hard to find help product still in shipping containers not on shelves where you can see them Parking lot is way too small hate to even go to the store

Every one was helpful I was asked by several workers if I needed help with anything and at the end of my visit a worker help me load items.

Pricilla works in customer service in Laredo, Tx. I called and asked for her help. She was kind enough to assist me with the purchase of a handicap toilet for my 92 year old mom. I live in Austin and I couldn’t drive to Laredo to make the purchase. Pricilla was patient and very polite.

EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SOME ITEMS ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER STORES BUT I ALWAYS SHOP AROUND AND LOVE THAT THEY MATCH PRICES.
