I was happy employees were not only helpful, but FRIENDLY. It makes shopping more fun. Deondre went out of his way to assist me; he can’t imagine how much he helped!

The plants at this location doesn’t receive the proper care they need. But, I like the location and the Manager-Cashier Mohammed.

My sister needed blinds and shades for ten windows in her house. Mary, the blind and shade specialist, helped us choose the perfect blinds and corresponding color for each room. Mary explained the entire process from the measuring stage, to the selection and installation stages. She is very knowledgeable about the different blind and shade product lines, such as Bali and Levolor. She was very patient, and answered all our questions. Thank you.

Everybody in that store was so helpful and answered every question. We had great experience.

You both steered me to the right aisles and picked out the six things I needed I. Ten minutes. Saved me an hour !

Me and my mother came in to look a materials to redo her bathroom. She was given a list by her contractor but we were still very much lost. Justin, the employee in the store, provided great service. He gave us great recommendations on what to select and even looked up square footage for us. I've never seen an employee go above and beyond the way he did. Kudos to you for making me believe that there are employees out there who still value great customer service.

If it takes 6 home Depot employees to help 2 people at customer service with a line of 8 long. This speaks loudly about the dedication people have to helping as many people as possible. More like group therapy.

I like this location as it is organized and not overwhelming with stuff. There is ample space on the aisle. They have ample paint types and stuff helpful. The staff were friendly.

While most employees of stores opening bright and early have trouble opening their eyes and assisting others, Ms. Linda at the customer service desk was all about ensuring my purchase, discounts, and all I needed was a pleasant and quick paid out experience with no hassles. Thank you.

Very nice experience at the Laurel Home Depot. The young man that cut a few 8ft 2x4's down to 6ft pieces so I could get them into my SUV was very pleasant and at the checkout counter Carolyn was cheerful and wished me a good day. Overall a good experience --- nice to have when you're starting your day.

Good Afternoon, I am greatly disappointed that only an inspection was done and no tune-up on the cooling system was performed when I requested the cooling tune-up service. In addition, I was charged extra since our home is a dual-zone. This was also not mentioned to me prior. The technician also left everything dirty when leaving. This was not the service we were expecting. Kind regards MOHAMMAD

I bought a water heater from the Apen Hill store to install in my property located in Laurel. We opened the box and it had been tampered with. It had brownish red water coming out of it. I returned the item to this store for an even exchange but was denied by management. They were so rude and treated me like a criminal. I had to buy another water heater for my contractor to install for I had no time for their nonsense.

The managers here suck and so do the supervisors no help at all and rather have conversations with coworkers than help customers out the so called manager Sean was very rude and unpleasant. The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because of the lovely cashier I had.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Ramyakrishna. She was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Great customer service when needed. Bought a microwave oven which needs extra inch space when it opens over the 30 inches needed to install it. Unfortunately, I had space constraint on the left hand side with a double oven range wall. The microwave won't open and I had to return it. The customer service in the store helped me with great smile and helpfulness that is expected of true customer service. From the manager to the cashiers at the register, they are all wonderful to help, making a frustrated customer happy and stay a customer. I don't usually write reviews but they made me write. Good job Laurel folks -- you are awesome!
