Sat 20 minutes on my knees digging for 9 minutes searching for matching hinges, inventory is a mix of open items and items from different locations. Also purchased a bath exhaust fan replacement motor only to get home and find out this was a previous returned item which was carelessly stuffed back in box open hardware and missing any instructions. This Home Depot is famous for this. Please avoid this location at all costs. Why should I have to pay full retail price for a returned item missing things. Why???? Help me understand this stupidity. This location is famous for this tactic, this has happened no less than half dozen times.

I had new windows installed Saturday and a crew of four people came out. When they were done I had caulking all around the sides of each window(7) and he told me to paint over it. I don’t have money to have my home repainted to cover up a tacky job. I have photos to show. I addressed it with him and he later came back on Wednesday and put a trim around the windows and it looks better . But my initial reaction to the job being done I was not happy to the point I wasn’t going to pay my remaining balance and wanted a full reimbursement.

I had a tricky plumbing pipe issue that required and expert plumber to come out and charge us a fortune to fix. I took a photo and brought it to this store and the female plumbing expert walked me through the fix which save our family $400 in repairs.

I bought a golden Retriever Christmas decoration that wasn’t lighting up when I got it home. I brought it back to the store and James, Kaylee and the man at returns worked on it and fixed it so I didn’t have to return it! They were caring and patient and went above and beyond to solve this issue. I left a very happy and grateful customer!

If the staff was trained better and more carrying the experience would have been more positive for me

Home Depot has been my favorite shopping place for home appliances. I hope they improve with their home appliances installation partners. Some are not really customers service efficient.

This Home Depot is great. It is very clean and well stocked. Everyone has been very helpful when I’ve asked them what I needed for random projects. My only tiny negative which all stores suffer from is the hardware sections with nuts/bolts/washers/screws not being in the correct drawers but every store and competitor has these issues with customers mixing things up.

dropped the ball on what should have been a simple van rental. I reserved a van online, showed up on time yesterday, and was immediately met with delays and disorganization that wasted my time and ruined the entire experience. The check-in process was so slow and chaotic that my original reservation expired while I was standing at the counter. Instead of correcting that, the clerk started a completely new rental under someone else’s name. I wasn’t informed. I wasn’t asked. No one said a word. I returned the van today—only to find out, for the first time, that the rental was never even in my name. I was told this at drop-off, and I was stunned. I asked the clerk how that could happen, and her response? “You should’ve looked at the contract.” Are you kidding me? First, the contract doesn’t even show the customer’s name clearly. Second, it’s your job to make sure the rental is under the right name,not mine. To make things worse, I had explicitly asked the clerk yesterday to match the new rental to the same terms as my original one: a two-day rental, returning today at 7 PM. She didn’t. The return time was set incorrectly, and I was overcharged. And let’s talk about the van itself. After they fumbled to find “my” reservatio,which of course they couldn’t find because it was under the wrong name they finally located a vehicle. But when I went to get in, it was full of trash. They had to send someone back out to deal with that too, wasting even more of my time.

Have stopped carrying any chain link fence parts. As a whole the friendliness that was at this store has gone down. Some were very helpful.

Shopping for a few different items today.. An employee stopped and asked if we needed any help. He stayed with us and we reviewed a few different options and with his help we purchased one he recommended. Looks great in our home and was easy to install. Truly appreciated his help and guidance. This store has outstanding staff. Very cordial, kind, knowledgeable, patient. Friendly and professional at all times. Please let all the staff know they are appreciated. Also, I am always recognized and thanked for my military service. Thank you again…

I normally start making purchases every spring to help with the residence. Home Depot normally has everything I need for home improvement and if I need help they have employees knowledgeable in the area I need. If they don’t have what I need at the store I can find it online.

I appreciate the customer service here. I even drove beyond other competitor stores to go to this location. Mainly because I have had great experience here in the past. Your customer service exceeds to me. If I need help, the assistance is willing & patient to work with me. Thank you very much.

During my trip, I can't recall the name of the rep but he was a tall gentleman with a mustache and light brown hair. Anyway, he helped me with purchasing screws. He was able to narrow down the exact screw that I needed for my in-stock cabinet hinges when I had little information to go off lol. Thanks sir! My doors stay on just fine and are aligned!

In this specific location I like to go shopping, everybody shows interest to help and you can find almost everything you need or if it’s not available you can have in sort tine from different locations . Great store!!!!

Overall, the visit was fun and productive. My wife and I enjoyed looking at the Halloween decorations and appliances. We were able to find all the supplies we needed for drywall repair, and we encountered a few people who asked if we needed assistance. One person was able to direct us fairly quickly, but another was having difficulty understanding what I wanted. I had blanked out on the term "dimensional lumber", so I simply asked where to find lumber about this big and illustrated with my hand. Eventually I compared it to trim, and she pointed me in the direction of it. The lumber area needs better air circulation. It's very hot and stuffy. Staff need to be more readily available in all areas to answer questions like they did in decades past, or at least provide ways to call for assistance. It took a while before I could track someone down to saw a board in half. The most helpful part was the guy who assisted us with drywall questions. It was a Black man whose name IIRC was Robert. He was able to direct us to all the supplies we needed and even suggested some we may need, which I did purchase. I do my own repairs, and I recognized his suggestions as being valid. He provided a lot of helpful insight and feedback as well. More employees should be like him.

I always shop the Home Depot. I like the way that your treated as a customer.

I purchased a lot of stuff for my garden and DIY of all household materials. I found home depot is a place to go for any issue and get help talking to staff for advise.

Needed to replace my Old Mailbox and post. All items needed where available plus one item I would recommend is a 1st time user of it. Instead of cement they have a jell foam bag which cost 16.00 dollars. It is equal to 2-50 lb bags of cement. It works!
