The experience of Home Depot is the greatest!

The store is generally clean, and well kept and the staff are normally more helpful and qualified than other big box stores that I have visited.

Love the Layton Home Depot. Very clean and organized. Employees are like your best friend. Very helpful. Always go to Home Depot first.

Cashier Dianna (at your Layton, Utah store) was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to the point that I just had to take time online to make this comment. She skillfully explained your credit card cash discount incentive and then helped me apply for a Home Depot credit card very quickly and efficiently. Management should clearly be especially honored and proud having someone with her solid product knowledge about your credit card program and her special people skills as a cashier. I look forward to seeing her at a checkout register again!

Besides receiving amazing customer service throughout the whole store with assistance in finding what I needed. I was truly blown away with the amazing customer service that “Cody” our cashier provided us. We did no work in lifting our products to the register or even worrying about getting that ready for him. He was quick and held a conversation throughout the whole entire transaction. Was truly blown away with the confidence and sales manship he showed. He offered us the regular (sign up for a credit card) ordeal which we always turn down. However made me question it with such little phrases, where I asked questions. Which he provided answers to every single one. After having a conversation about it with him we decided to apply for a card. Which remarkably took a couple minutes if that. I was impressed that he had the whole entire application memorized. At the end of the transaction I was so blown away I asked him a little bit about himself. Where I was flabbergasted when he explained he was 17 years of age and worked another full time job. Me and my wife we astonished he knew so much about credit and sold us so well. I work for drop box, I then offered him a job. I explained briefly what we did etc and felt as if he would be an amazing asset. I will most definitely be coming to him with questions and concerns in regards to homedpeot. Truly amazed with this amazing young man employed here.

I am a very new, very inexperienced DIY customer. The staff in lumbar, paint and tool rentals made me feel like my questions were valid and that they haven't heard them a hundred times before. Thank you so much for your support, I'm determined to become a person who is not afraid to tackle home improvement projects and you will be my go to store!

I took in a return today 2/9/18 to the store in Layton Utah and was greeted by young lady named Jenn. I was taken aback by how rude and unprofessional she was. She treated me like a criminal. I purchased $600.00+ of plumping for a project and put it all on my HD card. And was returning 40 bucks worth of unused leftovers from my project. She could not find it on my account and told me I was wrong did not put it on my account. I said there must be some mistake, I 100% put it on my home depot account. Then she said in the most rude way pointing to the computer, would you like me to show you that you're wrong!! I could not believe it. I had to leave the store before I got too upset. Well I did put it on my account. I had to go home and log into my home depot account and print off the receipt. Drive back to the store and then she gave me a refund. And was still rude about it. Management needs to talk to her.

THE STORE IS ALWAYS STAFFED WITH ENOUGH PEOPLE THAT ARE WILLING TO HELP. ALWAYS WELL STOCKED

The Layton location is not the largest Home Depot along the Wasatch front, by they always seem to have what I need. The employees at this location are always friendly and willing to help or find someone who is a subject matter expert that can help. They are always friendly. I have used the cutting and pre-order services at this location as well as shopped in person. All have been great shopping experiences.

The store was clean and the employee who helped me went above and beyond.

I am both a general contractor and take care for many charter schools along the Wasatch Front. I am always in Home Depot, often more than once a day. I like the people who work there and the selection they have. I will often passed by other hardware stores so I can go to Home Depot.

Very friendly and helpful.

All the employees were alert and eager to help me find what I was looking for. Vickie, at the checkout register, was especially great and helpful and very customer oriented. I have always had a positive experience on my visits to the Home Depot where I am found often and I'm sure my wife thinks that is my second home. The employees at the Layton location are extremely helpful and nice. They also have a great selection.

I always find associates helpful in showing me where to find products I could spend a lot of time looking for. Any of them that I have asked has always been pleasant and knowledgeable.

Again thanks for helping me--I live in an apartment and since they have not finished replacing my A/C unit I bought a board to finish --but my saw is in storage in North Ogden

Cluttered aisles, too few floor people, too many clueless floor people, rude floor people, obviously poor leadership. Gimme two weeks at this helm and you will have this store clicking, some serious butt kicking needs to occur here.

The associates are amazing! Always helpful! It is hard to find store with so much hands on help anymore! Love Home Depot!

The store has great access and always has plenty of helpful employee's to answer questions.

The Layton store offers a better choice of equipement over it's local rivals. We appreciated the good customer service and the quick check out. There is always someone around to help. Other home improvement stores cannot claim superior customer service.
