Redoing our bathroom and really like the look of the Carrara white tile. We installed it and grouted- looked super nice, until my bf knelt on it to help with grout and cracked two tiles, quickly made a trip to HD to get 2 more pieces to replace- got home and he gently tapped a tile with a rubber mallet and cracked another one!! Another trip to HD- I know we should have gotten 3 pieces the first time- just in case. Now the tile is all installed- mud and grout are all dried and we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel- NOPE!! Went to install the vanity and the weight of him holding the vanity cracked ANOTHER tile!!! We are now waiting on a special order of Carrara vinyl from another vendor to put over the whole floor of tile that kept cracking. I can't tell you the time that went into laying this tile!!!!!! We've laid tile dozens of times and never had this happen!! AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TILE!!!!!!!

I needed assistance from an employee to purchase items from the self checkout. I generally need assistance when I use it so why won't you trash them as someone needs to fix errors anyway and I won't have to wait for assistance. I would rather stand in line and wait my turn to be checked out and not be frustrated with a poorly designed checkout system.

Cheri in appliances was very friendly and very helpful. My washer broke over the weekend and my husband and I went to Home Depot in Layton. Cheri helped us and we purchased a washer and walked away very happy.

I very rarely write reviews, but my experience with the cashier David was above and beyond great. Buying a product there is always the hope that it will work as advertised. When our item needed to be returned we had that dreaded stress that comes knowing you're going to be hassled despite the return policy. We didn't want our money back, we wanted the product to work and decided to just exchange it. David made that experience flawless. He worked with us, even helping us locate and obtain the replacement. While we waited, he made our interaction pleasant and his demeanor was fantastic. He was who I would hope to be greeted by every time because of how pleasant he was. Thanks David!

Great store, friendly and helpful staff.

It is good to see that there are still some big box stores that have well trained and very helpful staff. This Home Depot staff even looked you in the eyes instead of avoiding eye contact as most other employees do these days.

General store met expectations - consistent with the Home Depot brand. Positive experience in terms of selection, product availability, etc. but this location had particularly wonderful customer service! Emily helped me pick out some new power tools and she was GREAT. Helpful without being condescending, and I feel like I came away with tools to meet my specific needs without being “upsold”.

She was extremely helpful and professional. Answered our questions and searched up products that we needed. Highly recommend destiny to help out with any garden need!

I was in on Black Friday, found everything I needed, and Emily the cashier was so sweet and kind! She called me right over and while checking out we chatted a little about Halloween as I was still wearing my Sanderson Sister sweater and my Halloween Mickey Crocs.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for years and the staff are.great. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have always had a great experience shopping at Home Depot. Deborah Busby is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
