I went into the Leavenworth, KS Home Depot looking for paint colors for my house and garage. They had the biggest section to look for colors. Love it!

Employees are always friendly and helpful at this store. Also very knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer they will find out for you!

I have been to this store dozens of times but never bought paint. I won’t buy paint if Jan is working since she took the time to be disrespectful to my 73 year old mother who really wanted a specific color of paint, who showed Jan the color from the Home Depot web site. Horrible customer service.

In the past I have had horrible experience with Home Depot. During my most recent visits to stores in NY I was actually lied to by multiple employees. This Home Depot is by far the best I have ever shopped at. The atmosphere is very welcoming and if I stood still for more than 5 seconds an employee asked if I needed help. Each time I asked for help the employee was able to guide me to exactly what I needed! I look forward to visiting this Home Depot again to get inspired for future projects.

To a person the staff at this store are friendly, knowledgable and helpful going beyond my expectations.

I drove there from north Kansas City as this store was the one closest that had the John Deere mower that I was wanting. Had to wait for an associate to help me with the mower, didn't really take an interest in making sure any questions were answered, seemed rushed to get done with me. There were two young men that were assigned to assist me with loading it on my trailer, however I didn't know they were waiting on me since no one said anything about them. Those two were very helpful. I wouldn't shop there again even if it was the only store that had what I wanted...

I usually don't like to shop at larger, 'big box' stores but this is the exception. The sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure to buy anything. The sales staff shows interest and does their best to find out what you are trying to do and to help you get this done. Finding what I needed was easy, and if I couldn't find it, I found out from the first sales staff I asked. Thanks to the staff, (to include the cashiers!)

The customer service sucks, except for Shelly in the floor and tile area. If you need help, as her. She should be promoted and get a week off, for her professionalism, niceness, and helpfulness.

Well, I gave an excellent review of the Leavenworth, Kansas Home Depot. I did not put anything rude or unacceptable in my review but, was told my review could not be used. Sorry, I'm not politically correct or hold a Socialist view as do many nowadays. Please let me know how you want it written.

The store had everything I needed today. The young lady at checkout was efficient and friendly.

Leavenworth Home Depot is a staple of the home improvement community! If you need help in the garden section, please ask Adam he was a delight!

The store is fine my problem is with their credit dept. Made a cash payment on my account and they still charged me a late fee! Closing this one ASAP!
