Great friendly place to shop! The store was clean, the Ladies' Restroom was clean & Beautifully tiled! :) The Kitchen cabinet designer we worked with, Jane Copeland, was wonderful!

If you are looking for professionals who know their business, shop at The Home Depot in Lebanon, Ohio. I just purchased a dishwasher there and Ken in Appliances was so helpful. From checking out the selection to explaining about the bells and whistles of each model I was interested in, he was right there. I would recommend the appliance department over any other home improvement store hands down!

Great store and convenient location. Always plenty of stock and sales people to help. A few more folks at customer service would help at times, but usually very easy in and out.

Shopped at Home Depot this past weekend. Store employee Elaine provided excellent customer service to my wife and I. We purchased a set of patio furniture and some items to complement the set. Elaine was personable and helpful in selecting the perfect set for us. If you shop at Home Depot in Lebanon, Ohio ask for Elaine.

The staff was helpful in every aspect of my project . From submitting a bid , to loading my carts, to loading my truck. My experience at the Lebanon Home Depot was my best shopping experience ever. They were short on one item because the size of the project . They called other stores , found the same dye lot and had it shipped in . Special Thanks to Dan, Al and Greg who helped get my order together and other workers ,sorry I didn't get their names , who helped load my truck.

The customer service is way above average at lebanon Home Depot. The employees do not point when you ask where an item is ...they take you there and help you find the item. Answer any questions and never hurry you . Dad is 93 and this really means so much to us. Thanks for the great employees.

The Lebanon store has always stood out as being one of the best. I have never had to wait long if I needed help with something. The associates know their products well and even if you catch one walking through a different area, they will help as best as possible, or find the proper person for that area.

This is a very good store to find what you need to fix anything you have to fix at home.

Numerous issues with this experience. 1. I called the store around 9:15 am to inquire about a freezer that I saw advertised. I was transferred to the Appliances Dept three times; each time being redirected to the front desk. Found out during trip to store that this department wasn't staffed until 9:30 am. Employees should have know this. 2. While purchasing the freezer the associate had considerable difficulty inputting information. Two other associates needed to help and they also encountered problems. I had this same problem when I purchased decking two years ago. Both times I was told it was a computer problem. In both cases I felt that the associates did everything in their power to resolve the problem. This system is not user friendly.

I needed a lot of help, and found two employees who were efficient and eager to assist. They were both very polite, going above and beyond to help me find what I needed, and exploring options when what I came for was not available in stock. After helping with countertops, one employee walked me to aisles for the other two items I needed, and helped me locate the items (he did not just point me in the direction). Another employee retrieved a cart for a large item I was purchasing, and helped me load it in my car. The cashier was cheerful and polite as she completed my transaction. Everyone seemed happy to be at work and happy to help customers. The experience made my day easier, and left me with a great impression of this particular store.

This store has always been the best store I have used and I have been using Home Depot for years in Ohio and Arizona. Customer service at it's best by far over any other home improvement store. The man that helped us select a new washer was quite knowledgeable. He answered our many questions with patience and knowledge. We have purchased three appliances from this gentleman. Home Depot is lucky to have this mannerly and helpful gentleman as their employee.
