The minute we walked into this store we were greeted and asked if we needed help. We were looking for a Christmas tree and a wreath, and someone was always there to assist us find what we were looking for. I appreciate the sales associates who so willingly helped us - and I appreciate the availability of help. We travel about 30 miles to shop at this Home Depot, and I find that, because of the service, that we will continue to go there. We have a Lowes in our city and we usually have to spend a great deal of our time looking for someone to assist us.

Great store, helpful associates, clean facility cant get any better!

Ken C in the appliance department was a real pleasure to purchase appliances from. His easy going and friendly personality made it easy to sort through all the options and come up with the best selection for our needs. His knowledge and experience enabled him to answer our questions and complete the selection to purchase process smoothly and efficiently.

Walked in plumbing area to get things to install sump pump was meet in isle where associate showed me where everything was at.

Always have what I need or tell me what I need to do, where to get help required, and how to do make it so. Thank you Our 100 year old home is better thanks to all of your help

I had not been to a Home Depot for several months and was pleasantly surprised at how neat and clean the store was. The merchandise was easy to find even though the store was so large. It was a fun experience that made me feel like shopping there more. I will even enjoy stopping there to shop when I do not have a particular item in mind. The selections are so enticing, I am sure I will find something I just have to have.

Sale Associates Linda Gray and Cat Burns provided EXCELLENT service. They both went out of their way to help our non-profit get the best quality and stay within our grant budget. The store manager even approved an extra discount that made it all possible. I will ALWAYS go to Home Depot in Lebanon over competitor stores.

Great store, very little if any time is spent waiting on an Associate if you need one.

While shopping for building materials today, I was assisted by store associate, Hunter. He went above and beyond to help me select the correct materials for my project. He even cut the boards to the correct size. He was patient and respectful. Awesome job Hunter!

Lived in my home 12 yrs, porch and trim needed repainted didn't have a clue what color it was. Took a wood piece from my porch that was loose to the paint dept. The female associate in working paint said due to the shape of the small wood piece it was harder to scan. (Wish I had her name) So she took the time to chip off the paint from the piece of wood, in big enough pieces, tape it to paper and scan and made the paint. Fingers crossed.... Painted last weekend, AMAZING effort by this sales associate to take the time to help me, since the trim and porch are so obvious on my house...AWESOME results. Thank you!!

We just moved to Lebanon and were so thankful To all the associates that worked so hard to get all Our home renovation materials to us in time for contractors To do their work. We ordered on line and this created Some challenges that the manager of the store Took on and made work for us. We have always found all the products we needed with ease.

Our favorite store for all our building and remodeling projects. The personnel are friendly and helpful. We have never had a bad experience at our Lebanon Home Depot

I shop here a lot. The people are always very helpful. Store clean .and prices are usually competitive. I always check out clearance shelves, have found some great deals

To make a long story short. I called for assistance through an employee working in his wrong dept.. Waited 15 minutes and it was a no show for my help to show up! On the way up front to pay for the items I stumbled across by accident (I had plenty of time to stumble around the isles). I was talking to one of my employees about no one showing up and we saw 4 or 5 employees of Home Depot kicked back, shoot'in the breeze in the front isle. I made the comment to my employee that "There's our help that never showed up" I was over heard by a couple of them and immediately two of them started laughing, smirking, and pointing at us! I don't know about any of you people that are reading this, but that's NOT the way I want to be treated by the business that's about to take MY MONEY!!!!! The real kicker comes in when I get up front and find out that the ones laughing and smirking at us were management of that store!! I don't think i'll be spending my money at ANY Home Depot in the near or distant future!

I needed to use the customer service desk to rent a rugdoctor. I did have to wait for a few minutes for the associate to complete a large return. It was fine, that is what customer service does. I rented a rugdoctor and did not ask for help loading it into my car. It was pretty cumbersome, I should have asked for assistance. When I returned it, the cost was different than what the web site quoted. This is my local store and over all we are pleased by our service there, we visit often.

Always happy and polite people who greet you. Everyone goes out of their way to help. I am at this location 3 to 4 times a week and have never been disappointed, always impressed.

I have never had a bad experience at this store. I was a Lowe's customer for years but stopped into this store and was so impressed with your customer service. I will always shop at HD because of this! I have spent thousands at this store.

Casey in flooring was very helpful and knowledgeable and made ordering flooring, setting up the installation and making changes very easy. We just moved to this area and are looking forward to many visits to this store. The best by far!

This is a nice store and the ladies helping were friendly. The issue was I go find something on display look for it all over just to find out it is only available on line. Put a sticker on it or something that says On-line or special order. Instead of me wasting time looking for it.

Great Home Depot location! This store is a great place to shop for DIY needs. It is well organized and easy to find stuff, and the associates are always helpful. If you buy heavy items- an associate will always help load your car. I always find more than I need when I go here.
