Great store

What a great experience at Lebanon , TN store. Joy in the paint department is amazing!!! I will definitely shop her again.

This is a PHENOMENAL STORE, folks!!! Just give them a shot at your business once, and I ASSURE that you will be EXTREMELY impressed!!! And dont be surprised if your loyalty switches to Home Depot for ALL of your home improvements and needs for the trades or diy!!! All the employees are very courteous and polite BUT above all else they are SO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about products, tools, equipment, and much more!!! One of the most impressive qualities, is from the cashiers to the top management are all there to insure that not only are you getting the most quality tools and products BUT your also getting them for the ABSOLUTE BEST and ECONOMICAL price as well!!! We had numerous associates offer to help us .We didn’t have to wait for someone to be called and each employee that assisted us was pleasant and knowledgeable

I liked the store and the customer service. I usually shop at the OakRidge store. I stopped in Lebanon today as a matter of convenience. I am an over the road truck driver and I happened to be in Lebanon.Both stores are clean and well staffed.

I had a special order item today. I needed special assistance from customer service to order the item and pay for other items. Jayme in customer service handled my order with both care and professionalism. The computers were not willing to cooperate today but she made the experience much more at ease and pleasant.

No problem with the store, but question and have an issue with one of HD's policies as described previously.

Associates are friendly and willing to assist you most times without even asking. Anything from cutting plywood to finding things in the store to loading your purchase and quotes on large ticket items.

I am still not 100% sure that you can get the same stuff with the cheapest price there, but I am pretty sure about that. The staff there are always friendly, willing to help.

It was raining and I needed 20 bags of top soil...A very helpful lady came and helped me load my truck...She wasn't even dressed for the dirty job...We both got wet and dirty...Wish I had asked her name!!

To Whom It May Concern, Hello, As a first timer walking in to this store, I felt welcome. I have only shopped in California Home Depot and the difference is night and day. People over there are not as courteous and helpfull. You should be proud to have a awesome Team like Tiffany, John and Jennifer along with the rest of the team that greeted me as I walk in. Keep smiling and always have a positive can do attitude.

I prefer shopping at this particular Home Depot, because the employees are very friendly, knowledgable, and the store is clean and organized.

I like the parking. It is arranged very convenient and you do not have to walk a mile to get inside the store.

The Dewalt tool combo I was looking for was out of stock and the customer service desk went out of their way to order me one.

I only wish there were more old-fashioned quality products and products made in the USA.
