Generally I really like shopping in this Home Depot location and in the last 5 years I have spent thousands of $$ here while renovating and landscaping my home. However, since Covid-19 I have notice a certain lack of enthusiasm and customer service on the part of many of the employees here. It seems to be people I've never seen there before so maybe it is new employees without adequate training, but dang, the man I spoke with today about trying to get an estimate to have an exterior door installed, couldn't have cared less about selling me a door. In fact it felt like he was actively discouraging me from buying a door!

It is always a pleasure to visit this store. Employees are friendly and helpful. During this stressful Corona-filled environment, it is nice to see the store taking extra precautions to keep visitors safe. There is a small town feel to this store, which I LOVE! I was raised in small-town rural America and this store takes me back to my roots. Keep up the good work!

The store was very neat and clean, Nicci in flooring was very helpful getting the product I needed and making sure it was in stock! This store beats my neighborhood Home Depot hands down without a doubt

Jeremy Aris is a great manager for this store and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Lees summit isn't the closest store to us but we will make sure we come out to this location from now on!!

Customer service is garbage don’t ever shop at this store it’s the worst store out of the nation. Store manager will lie to your face. Product not working you’ll get transferred 20 times and eventually hung up on !!! Horrible experience I will never ever shop with Home Depot again because of this store!

Very helpful and easy to find employees

Had to return 25 cases of laminate flooring to this store. The two employees who assisted me in the process were very helpful, friendly and delivered great customer service.

Store is clean and staff is focused on customer satisfaction.

This store has done a wonderful with precautions given COVID-19. The employees we have worked with have been helpful in answering our questions & providing us with what we need. This store is a bit further from our home, but we frequent it because of the atmosphere & the staff.

“Free” carpet installation requires $50.00 payment to have area measured. Paid the $50.00. Area measured. Person who measured would not share measurements or information, said we would receive a call within 48 hours. Well that hasn’t happened.

I stopped by Home Depot in Lee's Summit, Missouri to get mulch for a mulch installation for a customer for my lawn service at 8:52 am on May 01, 2020. I purchased the mulch after first experiencing cashiers that were confused and even questioned me why I was purchasing 78 bags of mulch for my customer. While being loaded with mulch the two workers helping had attitudes and basically were completely rude to where I more than likely won't visit this Home Depot location again for projects.

Excellent customer service. Heather (store manager) and Lisa M. went above and beyond with my visit today. I always used to shop Lowe's, however I will make home Depot in Lee's summit my priority go to for home improvement. Again thank you Heather and Lisa M. For going the extra mile and helping me with my door lock debacle.

During these uncertain times, I want to acknowledge the personal and professional customer service staff, I had an outstanding special order that was delayed and visited with Beverly in customer service and within several minutes, Beverly had offered a better and quicker solution. The service level at this store was friendly and action-oriented, I would recommend patronizing this store not only for the clean and well stocked shelves, but whenever there is a problem to be solved...their customer service is the real deal. 5 stars to Beverly and all the staff at the customer service desk...

If you don't mind doing absolutely everything yourself while the employees stand around doing nothing, then by all means. Simply amazing.

The store is always clean. It always has ample stock. The employees are beyond helpful and I have never left dissatisfied.

Garden area was closed. could not buy bulk amount of bags of top soil without pushing the flat cart through the store.

Found the LED Lights we were looking for, we need 32, and they had plenty of product on hand. Steve L. assisted us, and then walked us over to the dimmer switches we would need. The store was clean, and neat, inside and out. All the associates were friendly and offered assistance.
