If you have cold air seeping in under the door, check your door sweep, the rubber piece on the bottom of the door, for cracks and missing pieces. Replace it if it's torn. Great customer service

As a contractor I use HD quite often. The staff is always helpful. Nathan loves when I bring my diabetic service dog in with me on occasion. He always has treats for her and will take time to sit down on the floor to show her some love. Tells alot about this man and his good soul. Tamika in the paint department is awesome. She helped me get a specific custom color for one of my clients and she went above and beyond getting it right. She also is a super sweet lady that takes the time to talk with you and she is pretty darn funny.

Great sale on Ryobi tools

Wife was looking for an 18v fan for her dog shows. Ryobi was having a great sale on the one she wanted so she bought two. Also found the plants she had been looking in other places.

Outstanding Customer Service

I haven't used the handheld vacuum I bought yet except to assemble and make sure it works after charging the battery. I felt I should mention the 4 people I interacted with inthe store because they all exhibited outstanding customer service skills. I walked in was immediatedly assisted by an associate who directed me to two areas of the store where I could find what I was looking for. I found the item at my first stop but checked out the second location where 2 people assisted with price checking between 2 items, Then Ron, at check out, was very friendly & helpful. A very refreshing experience in this post Covid environment.

I really enjoy this Belton store. I have been cut going to it for many years as well as some of the others but however I don't have a good review for them so I will just stick with the positivity of this store. I often do go out of my way to come here just because the stress of the other ones.

I have visited this store many times in the last month and each time I have been greeted and asked if needed help

We purchased carpet a few weeks ago and simply love it! Great experience, with measuring, ordering, amount of time to receive carpet and scheduling installation! Will definitely use Home Depot again!

Helpful and friendly

All the employees there were so helpful and friendly. I didn't go down an aisle but that someone would stop and ask me if they could help me or find something for me. Davis and particular with so helpful and helping me pick out my washer even going over reviews with me so that I could pick out the 1 That best suited me.
