Was in the store looking at paint for my next project and the associate pointed out that there was a $5 per gallon rebate going on that expired today. Since I needed 8 gallons of paint, I went ahead and bought the paint. Thanks Home Depot.

Went in to get in some plants, and 4 different associates came to my aid during the 30 minutes I was in the store. Great experience!

All employees were friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the products I was looking for which were paint, insect repellents and household supplies.

My husband and I were very pleased with the help and suggestions that the associate gave us. He did a lot to make this buying visit a very pleasant one for us.

Employees are always friendly and helpful to find what I need in the store, especially as a female who needs a big help. Also, no hassle when I had to return the items I bought. Home Depot is much of family atmosphere. I go to Home Depot whenever I need something for the home improvement projects.

The store was clean and I found it easy to locate what I was looking for. I was only there to pick up some seeds but had a great time looking at everything offered for sale and wished I could have been able to go on a spending spree there!! I was in need of 2 Black 8 ft shelfs. They didn't carry them in black only in white and a natural color. The Operation Manager Chris personally called me and told me to come back and get the shelfs and he would throw in a black can of paint for free so I could complete my project. Thank you Chris for making my black shelf happen and going above and beyond for great customer service!!!

Our experience at the Leesburg store was extremely pleasant and the Associate who helped us had a wealth of knowledge on the product we wanted to buy (custom blinds). Almost every time we go there (and we go often) we find the product we want cheaper than anywhere else. I love Home Depot!

Helped by associate Jen . She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Jen spent at least 45 minutes with us on two visits the same day. Our second visit caught her as she had ended her shift for the day. Even with our insistence for her to leave and get us another associate, Jen refused to leave and stayed to help us until we had decided on a particular patio table. Great service and a loyal, fantastic and very pleasant employee.

I was looking for shelving for my garage I needed a 9ft shelf. Right in front of the display was a pallet of hardwood flooring. I couldnt move the pallet because it was so heavy I went back the next day and it was still there.

They had plenty of prodcuts in house (I remember last year searching stores for tomato cages and they had tons this year) and it was great to have someone outside assisting folks in loading mulch into the cars. You guys rock! Thank you!

The store is clean and well organized. The associates are friendly and helpful. If one does not have an answer, they will find out or find someone else to ask. Great team work! I like how the associates escort me to what I am looking for. Among many other things, I am in there a lot for paint. Even when the counter is very busy, my colors are mixed and ready in a very reasonable amount of time. Yay for Leesburg!

Many products I purchase are only available on line so I have frequent contacts with associates who work the customer service desk. They are always great. I shop often in the garden shop and tools section. Again everyone is very kind and helpful.

We knew what we were looking for and found it on the HomeDepot website. Did some further research, then went to the Home Depot store to ask our remaining questions, found about availability, installation, etc. Having an installation promo was a big plus, and we were able to pick up the item ourselves and save the cost of delivery! Sales personnel were knowledgeable, helpful and funny, and the cashier was a doll and also very helpful. The installer was a very competent, friendly, and professional guy who did our installation in no time flat. We were thoroughly pleased with the whole experience.
