Great experience shopping Home Depot
I had a wonderful experience being helped by an young associate. I needed to use a handicapped cart and this associate helped me, find and load a lot of material. He was pleasant to work with and was very knowledgeable.. I was really concerned when I went into the store wondering how I was going to get along with an extremely bad knee. Problem solved. They had everything I needed. Thank you Home Depot for having qualified associates with great attitudes.

Sales associate Ed
Sales associate Ed in Electrical was very helpful in selecting grout for my backsplash. He answered questions and followed up with information he didn't know with other sales associates. My visit was easy and quick.

Water heater Purchase
Associate who helped me was patient and answered all my questions Pryor to purchase. Helped me pick out proper fitting attachments and printed out rebate information for MGE. It was a very positive shopping experience.

Rude and ridiculous!!!
Cashier/associate at customer service counter was flat out rude. For zero reason. I simply asked her a question. I didn't deserve that.
I went in for two items. A standup toilet paper dispenser that also stores extra rolls and also a tabletop fan.
The bathroom accessory....it was the ONLY option I had. There were no other finishes nor were their room for them (empty shelf space where other finishes could have been, but we're out of stock).
The fan....I'm told they are seasonal and that no store (not just Home Depot) would ever carry them in the winter. This is ridiculous. Not everyone uses them to cool off. There are 100 reasons for use of a fan (not a ceiling fan), that does not include anything in regards to cooling myself or my home. Period. Home Depot is a hardware / "home" store. Why the heck would you not carry one single fan in the entire building??!

Great Store experiance
I went in thinking I needed to replace my sump pump and the worker Jeff in Pluming helped me with parts needed to repair my current pump and it worked great. I appreciate Jeff and Home Depot. Thanks!

Store associate experience
Warry in the plumbing dept. volunteered to help me find the shower adapter parts that I needed on-line since they were not available in the store. He could have just said that they don't carry what I was looking for. Instead, he took the time to search the HD website and other supplier websites. He knew the two parts I needed to solve my plumbing dilemma and eventually found the sources for both of them on-line. While I did not find what I needed in the store that day, Warry made sure that I walked out with an acceptable solution via two different websites. Warry took the time to solve my problem and I am grateful for his friendly disposition and persistent efforts to make me satisfied. Please commend him for his extra customer satisfaction efforts and give him a raise for a job well done! He's a great candidate for Associate of the Month! Because of Warry, I now have a renewed faith in Home Depot store associate support. Thanks!

Knowledgeable Associates
Walked in the Liberty The Home Depot and was confused as to which electrical breakers I needed for the application they were desired. Went to look for an Associate, found Ken. After explaining the problem I was experiencing. Ken offered suggestions for the application, a asked what I already has. Was able to show a picture of the situation.
After looking at the picture, Ken was able to explain what needed to be done properly and explained why. As a diyer he was able to paint the picture in my mind and gained confidence to complete the job. Thank you Home Depot for hiring knowledgeable associates. Most of all thank you Ken for taking time out to give me the knowledge to complete the job at hand.

Good experiences on a consistent basis
We have good experiences on a consistent basis as the staff is friendly and willing to assist. The only issues we have with this Home Depot are the availability of associates at Special Order desks. We recently placed a Carpet order and an order for special order doors and both experiences were ok.
Feedback for store management would be that if you see someone waiting, acknowledge them and request backup.
Also, once a special order is placed an update would be nice. We have not received an update on our doors order for over a week, it would be nice to receive a note on progress like "Special Order Placed" or "Your Product is on the Way!"

Help in Paints
The women associates in the paint department were extremely knowledgeable and gave me wonderful direction and helpful advice and counsel. I purchased more paint (in different colors) because of their advice. I appreciated their helping me in this project.

another reason to love home depot
I didnt have my receipt or e receipt and was worried i wouldn't be able to return it but the associate with my credit card looked it up and i was able to get a full refund and the whole thing took under 5 minutes

EASY RENTAL AT HOME DEPOT
I WAS JUST RENTING A PAINT SPRAYER TODAY BUT HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE. ASSOCIATE HAD A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. I WAS IN AND OUT IN NO TIME.
