The lady who greeted us when we went to the garden center was extremely helpful. She told us exactly where to find the items we were looking for. My only wish is that customers stop picking things up, and later putting them down in another part of the store.

Had an issue with checking out and a bar code. Was helped very quickly by Nyah and Nadia. Great service, care and stock on the shelves.

I went in for a variety of light bulbs for my home. Joy helped me not only find the correct light bulbs, but also educated me on the various lighting (true, bright, soft) options. She helped me choose the right lighting for the specific area within my home.

If you want a hour of your life wasted, for them to not honor there dewalt promotion of purchasing a tool or combo kit and receive a free battery, shop here

Worst customer service.

Purchased a garage door and everybody from the 2 people in the department to gentleman outside was more than helpful. Will return to this location again and by the way I will bypass my local store by almost 10 mile to go to this location. Thanks again all that helped.

You charged me for Gas on rental truck when gauge said FULL!

Waited for 45 minutes after asking for help for something in to stock and no one would help. Disappointed.

I went to the paint dept and asked for a specific item (Flex Seal tape) explaining that it’s tape that seals leaks. Without hesitation the employee behind the paint counter said “I NEVER HEARD OF THAT”. I searched the dept. and found the product within 50 feet of where the employee was standing. It’s not just the lack of knowledge of his inventory it was his indifference to helping find something that should be in his dept.

The staff and customer service rep at the Lilburn and Snellville locations are always very responsive and attentive to my needs when ever I shop at home depot.

We were met at the front door with great customer service. The staff was very engaged and seemed appreciative of our business. It was great to receive that type of service at our local Home Depot.

Went looking for a screw to match one i brought in with me. Drawers were a mess. Nothing was in the right drawer and most of the drawers were empty.

I frequent this store the most. The customer service is awesome. I always seem to find what I'm there to buy.

I had to purchase a new stove and update my microwave recently. Within, one visit to the store I saw and decided to think about which purchase I would make. Returning to the store days later with the same salesperson greeting me and assisting in making the smoothest purchase ever on a big ticket item. Kudoz for a job well done!

Upon receiving not only a Wow Experience I was handled by a lil lady name Doris, Mrs. Doris went above and beyond with servicing me today, she exceeded the normal customer Experience. Which made the rest of my Month here in October. I am a prior customer service Lead,Supervisor and now Manager and the split second care and love without thinking is what matters in customer service. There are still Genuine people left in this world which are often Angels. I hope you have a great experience while shopping at lilburn Home Depot and when you enter personally ask for Mrs. Doris she’s very knowledgeable and will take good care of your needs or concerns.

Came here earlier today to shop, and friendly employees asked me if i needed help looking for something. That I don't see at other stores. Everytime I walked in the store, employees greeted me and thanked me after I left.

I came here for bathroom items and Jamie helped me a lot. The cashier, Thanh, checked me is friendly and thanked me at the of the transaction.

I brought Paint today and the Youngman Xavier that help me went beyond the call of duty to help me get the paint I needed, very knowledgable about the paint, and he was alot of help to me. He needed to be recognize for his outstanding service
