Excellent service on three different occasions. We're remodeling our kitchen and were looking for appliances, and four different associates helped us acquire all kinds of good information about the various models and brands. We felt good about our final choices and were served with professionalism and courtesy. We'll be back!

Store was clean and the employees were plenty. Always someone to help. Sifa was the manager and was the first to help me with anything I needed!

I LOVE my Home Depot in Lindon, Utah!

Store is generally ok, just don't go in when they are stocking, changing seasons, it's sunny after a rain or if you need a question answered or help finding a product. Other times they will help you.

Hire experienced employees it's increasingly obvious your store is filled with children that are not committed to serving customers.

I found the perfect hedge trimmer on the Home Depot website which said there were two in stock at Lindon. When I went in to pick one up, I couldn't find it, so selected another one (which was less expensive). The service person asked if I found what I was looking for and I said "sort of". That was her trigger to see if she could help me out. We both looked again, but couldn't find it. Although the system was not perfect, the help was great!

The store is laid-out well so I don't usually have to ask for assistance to find anything. When I do need assistance, the associates at the Lindon, Utah store are very helpful and can usually find exactly what I'm looking for. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The associates in paint were extremely helpful in getting us the paint types and quantities we needed.

I would recommend this store because of Teresa she was so nice and really helped me out I was having a terrible day and she saved it she was amazing and gave me a discount on the things I bought!!

We’ve always had a positive experience at Home Depot. The store is clean, employees helpful and items in stock, Our recent visit far exceeded our expectations. Their appliance specialist, Andrew Hubbart, went the extra mile in helping us purchase several major appliances. He put together several options, explained the differences and got us the best value for our needs. Andrew was knowledgeable, friendly and went far beyond the usual customer services. If Home Depot continues to hire employees like Andrew, they will have the market on all other retailers. Thank you Home Depot and Andrew for going the extra mile.

I went into the Lindon, UT Home Depot on 7-11-18 at around 7 PM with the intent to purchase supplies needed to build a fence. This began one of the most frustrating series of events I’ve experienced shopping anywhere. It began with me going into the lumber section with a list of the wood that I needed. I got the attention of one of your team members and told him what I would need (20 4”x4”x8’ Cedar fence posts, 42 80lb bags of cement, 100 pressure-treated 2”x4”x8’, and 530 5 ½”x6’ dog-eared Cedar fence slats, 25 “Homer” buckets, and 200 2x4 fence brackets). I told him that we would need to take the fence posts and concrete tonight, and that I would like to come back and pick up the remainder of the items the next morning. Your team member told me I would need to go place the order with Will-Call to make arrangements with them, but that he would start pulling the posts, concrete, and brackets for me. I proceeded to walk to your Service Desk where I waited for 30 minutes to talk to someone (I was the first person in line) and when I did finally get a person they spent over 20 minutes trying to get the search function (I’m assuming) of your POS to return the part numbers for the products I wanted. During this time, I was told that every day after 7 PM your system is insanely slow (Your employee blamed the internet.) trying to look anything up. After he was unable to look anything up, he gave me some paper and a pen and asked me to go get him the SKUs for all the products and then told me that he would probably not be there when I returned, because his shift was about to end. When I arrived back in the lumber area, the employee I’d been working with helped me get the SKUs for all of the products I needed. I made the return trip to the Will-Call desk and waited for another 15 minutes to be helped again. I was, once again, the first in line. I worked with another employee and finally got everything paid for and was told to go back to the lumber area to coordinate the delivery and loading of the cement and fence posts. Once I arrived back in Lumber, I discovered that I had a new employee to work with there and that the previous employee had pulled one box of the fence brackets and dumped all your remaining brackets (83) on the flat trolley we were putting some of the smaller items on. They had been in a box before, so I’m not sure why they would just be dumped out loose onto the cart. I ended up counting them, because the new employee had no idea how many brackets were there. I was then told I had to go back to Will-Call to tell them that I would need the remaining 17 brackets when they came in. I went back to Will-Call, again, and was told they had made a note of it. Why your employee couldn’t have just used one of the handy radios all your employees seem to carry to tell them this, I don’t know. On my way back, I stopped by at least a hundred of your “Homer” buckets on a rack and asked one of your employees to help me retrieve 25 of them and was told that I would need to go to aisle 9 to get some that were already on the floor or pick them up from the end caps that were on some of the aisles. I went to aisle 9 only to discover that there were only 6 buckets there, and I was able to retrieve 6 more from end-caps before I returned to the same employee to ask them to help me to retrieve the remaining buckets for my order. After all of this, I still ended up waiting another 30 minutes for the pallet of cement to be delivered to my trailer in your loading zone. In all, I spent almost 2.5 hours in Home Depot much of which was time wasted walking back and forth between departments or performing tasks that could’ve been accomplished much more quickly if your employees weren’t so fast to pass the buck. It is also worth noting that the brackets they gave me were joist hanger brackets, not the fence brackets that I had requested, and that the SKU for the fence slats was for pine, not the Cedar ones I requested.

I was very impressed with the help I received from Alex Jones and Sandy Christensen. I might have misspelled Sandy's name.

Mel in the paint department got me what I wanted in the time I wanted, and she made it fun too. Mel rocks.

Good staff. Good Inventory. Good choices.

Don’t go to this store if you’re needing anything to do with plumbing.

I was looking for a refrigerator filter, and the one I was looking for was not present. Lexi, an employee, asked me if I needed help. I told her I could not find the item I was looking for. I left the area thinking I would need to order the item online. While I was standing in the checkout line, Lexi approached me with the very item I was looking for. She had found it in a different location and came looking for me. I was very happy that I did not have to wait. I installed the filter as soon as I got home. I shop at this location frequently and I find the customer service to be mixed but above average. This particular visit was awesome!.

Excellent customer service and great product
