Most of the employees here try their best to meet customer needs and satisfaction.

I love this store. The employees are so helpful and polite. I purchased several totes and one employee made sure I got all of them to the checkout while the checkout person double checked to make sure I had all of the right size tops. Great place!

U can find anything u need actually rent tools from them, they got a payment plan option or credit card if u don’t have enough money to pay at the moment I love home depot I can’t lie I had fixed my house with them opportunities

Keyry from Plumbing isnreally good at her job. She is dedicated to maintaining the pipe threader. These type of practices saves the company money and makes makes experience for a customer like myself a better and painless ordeal. Daniel of plumbing is dedicated to greeting customers and helping them out. These two individuals are following the core values 1) Taking Care of our people 2) Doing the right thing 3) creating shareholder value 4) respect for all people 5) excellent customer service 6) building strong relationships

The store was very neat and the shelves were very much full of merchandise, and the employees were very friendly and very helpful.

Do not go to this store. They have unfriendly people/staffs that worked their. They don’t honor their mistakes and don’t feel like they should treat customers with respect.

From the start - this location has always been a location for the successful business owner. BUT, along with success, also comes the small time crooks and thieves to dispel the overall goodness of the proper corporate offerings. This store has these same problems, and perhaps a better policing of the "parking lot independent businesses" should be -NOT ALLOWED- and even a patrolling gun-toting officer may be necessary for the customer to feel secure here. Some one or pairs of security to stop car thefts, or hubcaps, etc., etc..

I am often in the little york store and am normally satisfied with the service except that the electrical and plumbing department or often out of stock on key items but does have very helpful associates in the plumbing and electrical departments

The associate in the appliance area exceeded expectations.

Sharde stuck with us from beginning to end. She had no idea what we were coming in for, but when we explained our fencing contract and our need to pay and also apply for financing through Home Depot, she remained on target and was able to accomplish all of our needs. She went above and beyond and also handled other customer needs while with us. GREAT customer service and leadership. Jairo, assistant manager, also led a helping and making sure all went smooth.

Customer complaint: all baskets are stolen. Associate mention baskets are only 15 at the store. No baskets available for anybody.

Very helpful people in this place.

I was there to order a refrigerator. No one would help! There were alot of people waiting. They would call and call. Then came a lady by the name of Jackie. She apologized to all of us for the wait but she will help us all. She was wonderful and was very knowledgeable. But, am writing about what she did after she attended me. There was an older lady, she pulled her up a seat, and she really took her time with her, and I know this cause I went to the plumbing section, but we couldn't find anyone. But then again Jackie came up. I laughed. She explained that she was working alone in plumbing, but she heard the calls for appliances, and she went as soon as she could. But the older lady walked up. She then thanked her and gave her a hand shake and started to cry. It turns out her husband of 35 years past away, and she's scared to leave her house due to the pandemic. But she' s been storing her food in a large cooler and since it was just her. Jackie found her a in-stock model. Set it up for delivery. She seemed so appreciative and Jackie told her that next time she comes back, to go to the service desk and ask for her by name, and if she was working that day. Or had any questions she would be more than happy to help. Jackie's level of dedication and patience seems to have no bounds. After she helped me, I too told her that I would go straight to her. She really knows her stuff! She also helped me at window section. Thank you Jackie I hope you can see this review

The people in the paint department rock, but the forklift drivers swangin and bangin through the store will eventually mame or kill someone.

Products were easy to find. Good customer service. Fast checkout.

Poor customer experience

I only have one problem an that is: I believe if a customer walk up to a dept where they need help the employee whether they work that area are not should be polite enough to ask if u need help an not be ignored. that is what i call being professional an is what i would have in my store if i owned one

Employees were nice , but come on locking up the weed eaters !!! Maybe its because of a lot of thieves have a bell or something we can ring to get help of have it located where we can see it if you guys have one
