Had everything I needed, where it was supposed to be.

Have visited many times over the years always helpful employees and great selection of products. Have ordered items have been delivered in a timely manner no complaints!

The aisles are so frustrating to navigate with the vendor clutter in the way. It’s a safety hazard! In the event of an emergency no one can exit in a quick timely fashion. Makes me try to avoid the store at all costs.

Gary provided the best customer service we have ever had.

The Littleton NH store is the best HomeDepot store that we have been to. Best people, clean store and always well organized and stocked.

I placed my order for delivery took them a month to try to deliver it got canceled 3 times and when they decide to deliver I already had pick up my order but I had the untrained driver delivered something else I had to help him to locate the items he dropped off at home and send him to the correct address People at the store can’t find a solution to this matter

Friendly service, product on the shelf, nice job! I’ll definitely be a return customer.

Web site and store computer said 18 in stock, but after more than an hour of waiting and searching none could be found. That’s after hearing they must be there “we just took inventory”. Marshal and Mike, thanks for taking that second look after Marshal and I looked.

I bount granite counter top and had excellent service with Stephen Godin at the Littleton store Home depot

Staff helped through the whole process my house flooded and I needed a bunch of stuff very helpful and even helped me load things into my truck thank you so much I will be back again

Have always loved this Home Depot Store!! I travel over an hour to get there and it is always worth the trip!

So glad Mike came along to the service desk to rectify a problem from the garden center. He was extremely professional and solved the problem in minutes.

cashier in the garden area was awesome ,don't remember her name but she tried to save me time and labor by asking how many bags i was buying of soil i could just pull my truck up and load them in!

I bought some romex wire & two 3 way switches several weeks ago & turned out I didn't need them so I returned all today & had a very satisfactory exchange & refund.

I've been frequenting this home depot for years now and am always so pleased with the knowledge and friendly manner of the associates- they're so kind and social when I visit with my pup and they're always asking to help with whatever I need, A+++++!

Crystal from the Pro Desk went above and beyond to assist, she even went so far to grab a materials cart for me to load up.

Everytime I am checking out I always look for my favorite cashier, Lisa... she is always so nice and enthusiastic

We were told someone would come today to measure for carpet. No one showed up or called to reschedule. They charged our credit card but never showed up.

The Diablo brand reciprocating saw blades are the best I've found anywhere.

Ordered garage door early June, HD left it outside 2 weeks in the rain before contacting me mid-July. It was dented and rusty. I sent photos. They waited 3 weeks to order replacement - Due in beginning of Sept. Sept 12 - still no door, HD said expected 10/2 - I said that is too late - want my money back. Multiple calls/emails with various associates to get my money They said they had to get door first. They scheduled deliveries twice when I said I would not be home. Then Manager promised to call to schedule.a convenient day - she did not. Another associate did the same & failed to call. Another called 7:30 Tues morn & said they were coming to get the damaged door & deliver the new one (THAT I TOLD THEM IN SEPT I DID NOT WANT). We waited all day & they did not show up. They called again 10/9 & said they wanted to issue the refund & pick up the damaged door - I told them I already wasted 4 days waiting for their scheduling people and delivery people - no more. Multiple attempts to call went unanswered. Difficult to reach corporate HD - finally filed Better Business Bureau Complaint. Finally Rep from the corporate office escalated to management team. Horrible waste of about 40 hours of my time just to get my money back. Learned my lesson - now I will only shop locally owned.

My wife and I bought blinds and a kitchen cabinet as well as some other items and the employees who helped us were so friendly, well-informed, and good humored we actually enjoyed the experience and bought more than we planned but left smiling and happy.
