Upon entering the Livermore #6678 Home Depot, I can always ask a question and get the right answer and upon checking out the Cashiers are always so helpful!

I need help with 4 items in the paint department. The associate was friendly and helpful and even told me how to paint my inside doors. This has really helped me to decide to not go to competitor hardware stores even if they have sales. I am sold on Home Depot!

Our cashier was very helpful opening a new Home Depot account. She found exactly what we needed to get a huge delivery for our backyard paver project. This was our first time getting such a large order and that's why we needed it delivered. She knew how to find the sand we needed as well. We got all that - and 10% off for opening a new account. Thanks to everyone in customer service for all your help.

SINCE WE MOVED TO LIVERMORE 8 YEARS AGO, WE HAVE BEEN COMING HERE AND EVERY TIME... STAFF HAVE BEEN VERY SMILEY, FRIENDLY, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. MY HUSBAND LOVES THIS STORE, ALWAYS LOOKING AND BUYING HIS EQUIPMENT. HIS FAVORITE DEPARTMENT, TOOLS SECTION.MINE, ALL OF IT.

Get what you went there for and get out quick back to the job site

After hunting for an associate, associate sent me down wrong aisle. After finding associate again, associate tried to have another associate verify that he had the right aisle...other associate directed me down correct aisle. At no time, no associate took me to the item I was looking for. Could not find replacement tub fixtures...I ended up grabbing an 88 cent dowel (and using self check out). I can't believe HD is letting me write a review for them!

Very nice people. Kitchen countertop section is the only section I felt I couldn't get information for. Not for a person who doesn't know anything about kitchen countertops. The rest of the store is good.

This is the store to go for home improvement.I don't have any else to say, but nice store for shoppers.

Nice store experience. very clean. The store assosciates are very helpful when you can get them but some seem busier than others.

This store has gotten better. I stopped coming for a while. Because you could never find help. Last couple of visits, I am able to flag staff in aisles.

I found the ASSOCIATES to be very friendly and helpful...the products I needed were in stock and the price was right.

The store was clean,well lit and organized. I was concerned about getting in and out quickly and didn't have a problem. They were very friendly about my returned item also. It made it easy to choose them for our lumber purchase.

I feel this was an exceptional visit. this store is cleaner than most others. I do love finding cool new ideas. I dont like self checkout. bed idea for me and you.

I am long time customer of this store and have always enjoyed excellent service- and during my last visit I found out one of the reasons. I wanted to buy a new combo kit from Rigid, the online store showed availability at the Livermore store, so I drove down. The item was so new it wasn't on the shelf and the department associate hadn't seen it - but this item was to be on a limited time store specific promotion with a $100 discount - so I was very keen to buy or place an order. Cutting the story short, the customer service staff were in the process of taking my order and going out of their way to work get me the in-store discount when the store Manager happened to walk pass and decided to check the warehouse deliveries, he returned with a heavy box of power tools. He didn't need to help- he just wanted to help - nice! When even the store manager stops what ever he was doing to help customers then its no wonder that all the staff have a great positive attitude to customers. So I recommend this store - with no reservations !

I purchased my items online and picked up instore. Loved this feature as it was such a time saver and very convenient. Walked right in the door and the pick up desk was right there and my purchase was ready to go when I arrived.

I have used the Tool Rental and Bldg supplies. Also the Garden. I will be back.

We had a great experience in our visit to Home Depot Livermore. The associate that helped us was nice and gave us information about what we were looking for. However, Home Depot needs to have more associates in every department because we had difficult time finding one because the few that were working at that time were busy with other customers eventhough it wasn't that busy. besides that we are happy with the service we received from the associate and the cashier. GREAT JOB EVERYONE

I have a great deal of experience shopping at the Livermore store and the location of most of the stock. But, there is always an employee in the area with a great attitude and knowledge of what I am looking for. Nice Day!
