Joy at the Customer Service desk is amazing! We drove 30 minutes to pick up an online order and unfortunately it was not what we had thought and we were thinking of ordering the same item at another store 45 minutes away from home. Joy was extremely helpful and assisted us in finding an alternative! She went above and beyond what we would have expected in terms of service, she made the drive worth it.

Tito did an awesome job in helping me today. He is a great asset to any Store. I had to get my circular saw blade open and I went to the Livermore store and I was lucky to ask for help from Tito. Tito proceeded to open the tools section area which was already closed as it was late in the evening. He painstakingly opened my blade which took him 20-25 minutes of hard work. Tito truly went above and beyond to help me. He deserves all the Kudos as he restored my faith Home Depot. Awesome Job Tito !

I ordered a custom window covering last month with the assistance of Yna and Michelle. They are both so well versed and familiar with the various products and designing which made the visit actually enjoyable. So much so that since that visit I have returned to order 3 more custom window coverings.

This Home Depot is very customer oriented. The staff is extremely helpful and make you feel comfortable as a shopper.

Friendly staff great cashier very organized compared to other Bay Area locations

Greet me and help me load items, or bring a forklift around to load for me.

Entered the store for an online pick up and was shuffled around by one who said orders from LLNL are to hard, to another saying who does she think by placing this rush and expecting it to be ready. Johnie, I think that was her name, in Customer Service was helpful and lead me to Audrey in Pro Services. Audrey took immediate action, entered my order that was not already in the system, then went around gathering my order! Audrey is an example of excellent Customer Service and should be awarded for going way over and beyond to help when others would not.

I have been to many home depot locations in the bay area, and this one is well kept up, usually not overcrowded, and most of the employees are super friendly.

For some reason, the corporate office has decided that music should be blared in their stores at a deafening level. This makes it hard to have conversations and encourages us to leave the store as soon as possible. We still shop here because they have what we need, but the atmosphere is not pleasant.

I was like to give a shout out to Pauline and Delilah. They were very friendly and nice. They were able to answer my questions and then solve my issues.

Thomas was super helpful in removing a very heavy Toto from the back of a truck. He even pushed the cart to the return area for me. I appreciate his hard work and effort.

I came in to get some potting mix for my orchid and Johnnie was the cashier who helped me out big time! He was very kind and a huge help! Thank you so much!

Have had so many unpleasant retail encounters I was beginning to think it customer service did not exist. Went in to the store to check stock as my online order was canceled by HD and the manager Jordan and sales associate BiBi went above and beyond to make sure I left the store with the items I needed. I can't thank them enough!!

PS Very polite voice I was disappointed with short staffing and lack of information about the product location. (I was trying to buy shower hose and bathroom fitting) I was trying to shop for BLINDs and the flooring specialist was very unmethodical - She was very focused on leaving at 6 PM with all the accurate measurements I had typed and printed out for her - so she won't make a mistake And moreover she didn't collect my payment on the day of , even when I asked her if she needed to charge me to expedite the process and delays my order calling she needs my payment - This was very unprofessional and even with the efficient system she seemed to be unprepared with the system around her.

The girl in assisting with paint, was not at all thrilled to be working. She did not offer any assistance, was unwilling to communicate with me on my paint needs. She was rude and non communicative.

I keep coming back because of the salespeople like Stephani. She is typically the last person you see out the store, either as an exit-greeter or cashier. Her embullience reflects her willingness to get questions answered and who to talk to. I find myself going back and finding a resident expert because of her. the store in general houses exceptionally helpful staff that can address questions

The products I purchased were just what I wanted.

Just really nice employees. All 5 of the employees I interacted with were upbeat, friendly, helpful and made my shopping experience very pleasant. Plus parking in front was easy and close to the entrance. It was a very hot day and it was nice to walk into a cool store.

The homedepot in Livermore has more stocks than the other stores in the Bay Area.

It has the breadth and depth needed for my weekly tasks.

Appliance employee was very helpful. Jessica Lavine was very friendly and fast to help meet my needs. and even tho my stove wasnt available she took extra time to search for one that would work for me.

The Livermore Home Depot is a very clean store and always has someone to help you find the right part.

Do NOT purchase appliances here. They had advertised for kitchen sets, I chose a set my wife wanted and purchased it September 2020. I was told to wait and wait, we’ll 6 months almost 7, later I’m told that they won’t fulfill my order claiming the manufacture changed their mind and won’t be making what I paid for last year. WHAT???? Not only was this paid including fees, nearly a whole year later they don’t want to compensate me for holding my money hostage. They sold me something they never intended to fulfill. You can’t blame coronavirus for everything. They should have cleared this up months ago from the start when they realized the merchandise was never built. As in the manufacturer didnt built it but you sold it to people???? At first I chose to wait because it sounded like a shipping issue, that the product was sitting somewhere. But then it wasn’t built. So what was the truth??? You should never have made the sale in the first place or simply not made the ads to order it if it wasn’t available. Worst of all I had my kitchen built ready to take the appliances and now I’m in a serious bind. Counters and cabinets are cut and installed for the measurements of my “appliances”. The last time I came in, I was told I would have to re-order my original order except I would have to make changes. The woman at the counter was toxic, rude. So I asked for a refund. She was Rude. Why be in customer service when it’s obvious that there will be bad situations that need sensitivity? This is really bad and you only made it worse. Had this not been for my kitchen, had it been a paying client I was working for, I would be taken to court and sued. I feel lied to. Mistreated. On top of the cashier being rude to me and making a mock of my situation. My cash money was not returned in an acceptable form. I was Given Store Credit! $4K, as in Four Thousand in Home-depot dollars! What makes you think I want to shop here again for appliances? Or anything for that matter? I will NOT advise a soul to shop here, I have to go back and make this right, again adding even further insult to injury. So no, don’t shop here for appliances, not if you want your money taken with added insult to injury. Bottom line bait and switch. You’ll just lose.

Horrible Customer Service. Employees are rude and helpless. When you ask for help, it bothers them. Paint department employee (supervisor) is extremely rude. I asked to different types of paint and he was upset. I needed another product and I didn't even bother to ask him. I witnessed a few times how poorly he treats customers. Today I asked to talk to the manager (Stacey) to complain about this person and the manager brought him to confront with me. Terrible experience!
