If you ever need lumber for a project, I highly suggest the Livermore location! The associates working this department are very knowledgable on the products as well as hardware you may need and specific cuts/dimensions.

This store is the best in the East Bay!

I have been shopping at this store since it's opening. In the course of my General Contracting business, I am sometimes in the store as much as twice a day. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on materials and services and have referred multiple customers to their Kitchen Design center. I like the people here as the culture is one where I feel the most comfortable with the associates.

The girl that helped me (Cierra) was very friendly (more so than some of the others I run into at other stores), and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for.

The store was convenient and the workers were very helpful. The cashier Cynthia was especially helpful and friendly!

Love the Livermore location! Employees go above and beyond to assist your every need! On top of helping navigate around the store, each employee has been extremely knowledgeable on the items we are purchasing and provide information on best practices. This is also a great place to rent tools and equipment! The process is seamless and employees take their time to walk you through the process and agreements. 10/10 recommend the Livermore location!

The store was clean and had a decent stock on items. Just don’t visit the hardware department if Rick number 2 is working! He is rude and makes you feel uncomfortable asking for assistance because it seems like he doesn’t want to help you! Kinda makes you feel as if you’re wasting his time because you’re not gonna purchase anything or thinks you’re gonna steal it!!!!

Love this store! Everyone- again everyone of their employees are helpful and aware of what steps are needed to keep us customers satisfied! Huge thumbs up to a few of the employees I know that I consistently interact with during my many (weekly) visits. I’d like to start with Kristina at the “customer care/ returns” section - she always acknowledges all the people coming in and out a committed to leaving a smile on your face, regardless of how swamped they may be! Next - Mark @ Pro Service (long bearded guy) is the guy who will make anything happen and makes you feel like you’re important. Lastly, for this review is Norm over at Pro Service (yet you can find him all over the store helping and greeting) Desk and he has a level of commitment and passion that inspires others. I’ve done much business with this store and between the last two I mentioned - they’ve made my experience like no other. This store is my #1 Improvement Store! There are so many more employees, yet I can leave another review later! Keep up the great work HD Livermore CA

Kiely is the worse assistant manager to deal with. Not personable and has a terrible attitude. Deal with anyone else!

Store employees are in general excellent, & really seem to care about serving the customer.

Norm went out of his way to help me find an item that is hard to get in power shut-off season, and tracked it down. Thanks Norm!!!

They are very nice to people . They have the best paints! If you need something, they will tell you where it is.

In the trivalley area, I see that the Home Depot usually has the best stock of lumber.

You have many of your employees that are always great, but sales cashier Cynthia # 6678-00001-08084 is always there with a great smile and understanding of just what I need and who can help me if she can’t. I missed seeing her for a while until today and found out she was out sick. She makes going to your store a good experience. Thank you, Mr. Mitchell

Always well stocked. The selection is amazing! This location has the BEST associates - they are knowledgeable and friendly.

I have only frequented two Home Depot stores, Livermore, CA and Napa,CA. The Livermore store is far superior in its organization and especially better cared for as for cleanliness and keeping each item in the correct location. I had only one complaint today in Livermore. I found 12 volt bulbs sitting right beside 120 volt bulbs with only the packaging small print to designate. It is very easy to pick up the incorrect voltage when visually they are very similar.

This review is based solely on my experience on Saturday, February 8th at the store's garden department. Tarek and Joy rocked it! I went there not expecting any help, but to my surprise, Joy and Tarek proved me wrong. Joy and Tarek provided exceptional customer service! I bought pavers and needed help loading them. I asked Joy if I could get assistance loading the pavers. She arranged for Tarek to load them and she made sure they were not chipped or broken. They did this with smiles. It may not seem like a lot to some people, but to do your job with such great attitudes is not easily found these days, particularly in big chain stores. Thank you Tarek and Joy!!

This store always has what I need. My wife says this is my second home.

What great service we received today at our Livermore Home Depot! Kind and friendly service both out on the Christmas Tree lot as well as inside while selecting specific tools. Very knowledgeable and helpful! It's nice to see that Customer Service is still happening out in the retail world!

The sales people here give OVER THE TOP GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Kathy in custom cabinets was cheerful,professional,thorough and had great suggestions!YNA-stopped what she was doing,WALKED me over to what I needed,was extremely cheerful and waited until I got the help I needed.Marcos(works at the CHICO store)on his DAY OFF,saw we couldnt find metric nutts/bolts,stopped what he was doing on HIS DAY OFF to help us with a smile.COMMEND ALL OF THESE EMPLOYEES ,let the manager know how GREAT they are!

The cashier star help me a lot the line was long when I saw it but star the cashier was move it like it was hot coco was been giving away she was fast and nice and she didn't miss a beat because she was the only one at the pro desk I give her five star the top
