What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Thank you to Cashier at Check Out
Lillian the cashier asked me if I had a Home Depot Credit...she told me about the savings on future purchases and was professional and courteous. No one had ever asked me if I had a card or informed me of the 5% savings. Lillian made the process simple and easy. Terrible Returns Experience
The overall store is nice with bright lighting and aisles that were relatively clean and uncluttered. However, the Returns desk associate was very unfriendly and distinctly rude. I returned some rubber baseboards because I didn't need them, but instead of asking why I was returning them, she was rude in how she asked whether I had used them. A couple of the baseboards had veneer that was coming loose at the ends, which was how we bought them at another Home Depot store. I could understand why she may have thought I had used them, but it was her attitude that bothered me as a long-standing Home Depot customer. I've made returns at other Home Depot stores, but this was the first bad experience.

I have been a customer at this store since it’s opened. This is the first time in 20 plus years like I wasn’t respected. I realize that everyone is entitled to have a bad day. Regardless the employee who waited on me, shouldn’t be in FOH.
