We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. In addition to training our associates on social distancing, we've placed distancing markers at some of our checkout counters and are making overhead announcements on our store PA systems asking customers to practice social distancing.

Just really nice employees. All 5 of the employees I interacted with were upbeat, friendly, helpful and made my shopping experience very pleasant. Plus parking in front was easy and close to the entrance. It was a very hot day and it was nice to walk into a cool store.

Do NOT purchase appliances here. They had advertised for kitchen sets, I chose a set my wife wanted and purchased it September 2020. I was told to wait and wait, we’ll 6 months almost 7, later I’m told that they won’t fulfill my order claiming the manufacture changed their mind and won’t be making what I paid for last year. WHAT???? Not only was this paid including fees, nearly a whole year later they don’t want to compensate me for holding my money hostage. They sold me something they never intended to fulfill. You can’t blame coronavirus for everything. They should have cleared this up months ago from the start when they realized the merchandise was never built. As in the manufacturer didnt built it but you sold it to people???? At first I chose to wait because it sounded like a shipping issue, that the product was sitting somewhere. But then it wasn’t built. So what was the truth??? You should never have made the sale in the first place or simply not made the ads to order it if it wasn’t available. Worst of all I had my kitchen built ready to take the appliances and now I’m in a serious bind. Counters and cabinets are cut and installed for the measurements of my “appliances”. The last time I came in, I was told I would have to re-order my original order except I would have to make changes. The woman at the counter was toxic, rude. So I asked for a refund. She was Rude. Why be in customer service when it’s obvious that there will be bad situations that need sensitivity? This is really bad and you only made it worse. Had this not been for my kitchen, had it been a paying client I was working for, I would be taken to court and sued. I feel lied to. Mistreated. On top of the cashier being rude to me and making a mock of my situation. My cash money was not returned in an acceptable form. I was Given Store Credit! $4K, as in Four Thousand in Home-depot dollars! What makes you think I want to shop here again for appliances? Or anything for that matter? I will NOT advise a soul to shop here, I have to go back and make this right, again adding even further insult to injury. So no, don’t shop here for appliances, not if you want your money taken with added insult to injury. Bottom line bait and switch. You’ll just lose.

Horrible Customer Service. Employees are rude and helpless. When you ask for help, it bothers them. Paint department employee (supervisor) is extremely rude. I asked to different types of paint and he was upset. I needed another product and I didn't even bother to ask him. I witnessed a few times how poorly he treats customers. Today I asked to talk to the manager (Stacey) to complain about this person and the manager brought him to confront with me. Terrible experience!
