Walked into store and Carrie asked what i needed and she assisted me. Was quick and simple.

The store was clean. I found a few things that weren't on my list. I needed help looking for a cabinet. Associate was very helpful to find the style. I took measurements off of them to see if they would work where I need them. Cashier was very friendly.

We are remodeling a bathroom. Your employees have been very helpful. Every time we come to get the next thing on our list we are happy with the help we recieve. Thank You

This is a great place to go for your building/hardware needs. However, it is a bit more expensive than other similar stores. The one positive is that they will price match if you have documentation from a different store and you are working with a patient sales associate. Sometimes we get lucky and other times we get someone that isn't interested in sales or pleasing customers. . . This has happened on a few occasions while we were upgrading things in our house. They seem to be more receptive to my husband and not so much to women.

I visit this store 4 or 5 times weekly! The staff are more than willing to help out and make suggestions to help with your needs! Couldn't say more about this location and staff! Thanks

TheThese guys know what they're doing. I'm starting a small wood working shop as a beginner and they have all of the answers from supplies to stains to finishes! Amazing service, large variety at decent prices!

I was given incorrect information on ordering the item. Item was not what I wanted and so returned on spot. Associate had a bad attitude, not interested at all.

I SHOP THIS STORE OFTEN, USUALLY TRYING TO DO SOME PERSONAL HOME REPAIRS THAT I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO. THE ASSOCIATES AT THIS STORE ALWAYS TAKE TIME TO TEACH ME WHAT THEY CAN TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND HOW TO COMPLETE THE TASK AT HOME. THIS STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE ASSOCIATES ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY.

I was lost, then the sales lady put me on the right path..Hopefully I have new carpet in my house for the Holidays. Sales Lady knew her stuff. So at easy to talk to on the products I was wanting.

Store was well stocked and more than ample sales associates to help answers questions and find products.

The check out associate was extremely helpful and considerate when assisting with our purchases. My children were tired and fussy and the associate was incredibly helpful, quick to check us out and gave my older child a complimentary bottle of water; which was helpful and kind. She also pointed out to us things for the children to look at on the way out. Great customer Service made for great experience.
