We were looking for a kitchen faucet. Items were organized, the store was clean, and help was readily available. Associates were pleasant and helpful.

I was greeted as soon as I came into the store by a friendly associate named Clark, inquiring about my needs. As I was unfamiliar with the exact materials needed for this project, it was much appreciated. He was able to tell me exactly what I needed then led me directly to the area. He proceeded to hand pick the materials, load them, & pushed the cart to the check out for me. It was above and beyond experiences I've had at other similar home improvement stores. I felt my business was genuinely appreciated and that is why I will continue conducting my business here particularly.

New or that have been there for a few years ,store associates have very little product knowledge meant not very helpful or friendly . Cashiers are friendly but don’t know store policies and some don’t even know how to ring up merchandise.

Survey doesn't allow no stars. Help NEVER came to load my car. My small 15 year old daughter lifted 5-60 lbs. bags of concrete into my truck where there could have been a stronger person than her. I can't because of a disability.

Sold a broken board to my wife. Ridiculous!

like finding the things I need quickly and had what I needed in stock , and they offered to help get the miracle grow to the car but I said could take it myself , but was nice of them to offer .
