Ran into the world's worst assistant manager that stands for nothing the HomeDepot is about. If it was not for a Handful of truly Genuine Human beings that are also employed at this store, shopping here would be a complete nightmare. Too much shoplifting going on at this location makes it very difficult to find parts. Often you find empty or ripped items and also items that have been replaced by the old one someone came and replaced for the new one. Better theft prevention is needed. Organisation of stock can be very poor sometimes.

Miss Kiara was knowledgeable about products and understood clearly what I needed to purchase. She walked with me & lifted a heavy item and placed it on a cart. While she assisted me, other persons sought aid also and she did it all with elegance.

Very courteous and well trained employees. Willing to help and share information - even more detail than wanted. I was pleasantly surprised since I used to dread going to the 48 St location because not many people wanted to assist you. How times have changed for much better!

Your customer service staff is really far from customer friendly, you physically have to go ask a question no one is in the aisle to assist - retrain and focus on what customer service actually is and ready to be assist no matter how small the item is they are willing to purchase cause you never no if they will purchase way more than just a one item.

Nana was very nice and energized. She wished us Happy Holidays. Overall a great experience at that store

I usually buy stuff at this store for proyects and jobs, I found out some tools that I got a month ago today were $100.oo cheaper

A gentleman named Matthew helped me buy the last 39.99 xmas tree in the store. He even carried to get a price check for me because he did not have a price gun with him. He then helped me with a decorated garland. Super sweet and helpful person!

From all the Queens Home Depot locations I have visited, this location has had the friendliest staff that I have encountered. Also they have good staffing. Most people have questions about products and it’s necessary to have workers around to answer questions.

Beyond excellent to insure I was satisfied search for what I wanted, gave me food advice and very very very very helpful.

This location is a good one. Long lines FLY by!! The cashiers are great and friendly and actually like to help. I had a great experience and was not paid or know anyone who works here. 5 out of 5 stars definitely!!!

The Customer service is the worst , We had to deal With this lady Name Christina , A total Nutjob and unprofessional At Work and in her Field of Customer Service . I have Video evidence and already contacted And submitted a Survey , Thanks but I don’t recommend this Place To anyone specially for the contractors such as myself .

I asked for help in finding my door products and the staff took time to answer my questions.

I purchased a storm door with installation in June. Subcontractor rescheduled our appointments 3 times so I was absolutely done dealing with them. I went to HD with my proverbial guns armed and ready for a fight but Shanice and Rodrigo teamed up to investigate the matter, offered me alternative solutions and in the end, issued my refund as requested. As a Contractor, I am familiar with hiccups in the business but I believe HD needs to monitor their subcontractors better because now I'm going to a competitor to fulfill my current need. I will remain a customer because the location is convenient for me and because the staff is ON TOP OF THEIR GAME, but this experience shunned me away from their installation services. I will no longer jeapordize my reputation or business by trusting Home Depot to handle any installation services.
