I had questions about some tools I was thinking of purchasing. They were readily available to answer questions and directed me to some addition hardware I would need for my DIY project.

The workers were very helpful in finding what I was looking for right away.

Needed to return two Items. The staff at the returns desk were pleasant, knowledgeable and very courteous.

Always have what I'm looking for. From certain screws to big tools. Also nice being able to research first with the mobile app .

The associates at Home Depot are always friendly with a smile and a "hello" as I walk through the store.

The employees at both the Customer Service and the register were very helpful when I lost my phone in the store. They did not have to go out of their way as they did, yet they devoted time and effort into helping me. Thank you!

Biggest positive for this visit was the assistance from one of the associates. Normally it is somewhat difficult to find help when I have a question but not this time

Everyone was helpful. The Pro Desk got the wood I ordered in a timely fashion and was there when I got there. When I was looking for other items. The associates were extremely helpful and walked with me helping me with everything I needed to get. Joe, Larry, Kristen, and Sara really went above and beyond to help me out.

Wish all the Home Depot Stores were as efficient and helpful as this one!

This store is always clean, the associates are always available, helpful and knowledgable.

Usually easy to find what I'm looking for. Can usually find someone to help answer questions about products. Generally satisfied on each visit.

After getting what I really went after in my basket I always enjoy roaming the store and finding additional items that would be very useful. Sometimes I impulse buy right on the spot and other times I think about it for a few days; more often than not I end up returning to the store to purchase the useful item. The Garden Center is absolutely fantastic in the spring and summer with a wide variety of beautiful flowers and other garden needs.

I shop here at least 4 times a week for my business. I always have success finding products I need and the only time it wasn't in stock...we ordered it on line and it was delivered to the store and assembled for me within the same week! Great store and customer service!

Since purchasing my home in 2012; Home Depot has become my favorite shopping experience! I purchased my initial major appliances at Home Depot (W/D, Refrigerator) and was highly satisfied. When the flood occurred in September of 2013, my home had to be gutted (basement & main floor) and the major appliances and home items thrown out; I went to Home Depot again and purchased my refrigerator, water heater, sump pump, W/D, light fixtures, bathroom/kitchen sinks and stands, tile, wood and mirrors,etc. During the flood and aftermath, Home Depot made their parking lot available to Flood responders (military assistance) and I got to know quite a few of the employees in the store by name. I visited the store sometimes up to 3-4 times a week for several months following the flood. I am humbled and grateful for the assistance that Home Depot provided and will continue to shop there as a loyal customer. I spent a lot time doing comparison pricing and was highly satisfied with Home Depot's quality of appliances, other necessary items and pricing. I was assisted by the same associate when I purchased my 1st appliances and enjoyed the experience very much even due to the reason behind it (flood). I often bring my dog in and the aisles are wide and clean; the associates always helpful and on hand. My entire home, basement/main floors, was rebuilt from items purchased at Home Depot! I completed the interior of my home in March of 2014 and am now concentrating on the exterior landscaping that was washed away by the 2013 flood. It is a slow process due to cost...however i continue to buy my products at Home Depot as I have found their pricing competitive, return process, if needed, very easy and the overall experience of each and every visit very pleasurable! I recommend this specific store to many people due to current and past experiences, the home town atmosphere, helpful associates and always, always great pricing!

Store was very neat and clean, even the garden section, where an associate was continuing to sweep it.

Excellent store employees very courteous ans helpful

I always enjoy walking around this store. I'm able to bring my dog and don't have to hurry. Found a great area rug at a good price.

I recently purchased a refrigerator at Home Depot. All of the sales associates in the appliances section are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that Home Depot carries. I believe I was given honest evaluations of each type of fridge from the people who work there and this helped me to finally make a purchase that I feel good about.

Well stocked with huge selections, staff outstanding with knowledge and so friendly. Never overbearing or pressure to purchase.

Clean, organized, in and out fast. I have rented trucks multiple times and everything was smooth and easy! Rarely any lines at check out and always parking. Associates are super helpful and nice.

Clark was so knowledgeable about all the products, and because the clerks don't work on commission I felt confident he was not trying to sell me the most expensive product.

I shop often at several Home Depot stores and am happy with all of them. This particular lumber manager went out of his way to assist me in my unique situation. Because of his in-site and help, I discovered a solution to a project I couldn't finish because of a financial road block.

Store was clean and had most of what I needed but not enough ridge cap. Took a while to get some help but once I did they were very helpful.

Customer service is very important to me and the Pro at the Professional register made my day! She was fantastic!!

Ladies, you don't need a guy when you shop at Home Depot! They are very informative and helpful and will help get your stuff to your car and be fun to talk with at the same time. I find out that I have way more questions than I expected, even about things I think are straightforward, and I learn something every time I go in.

Dirty store, very unhelpful service. Won't recommend!
