Overall it was a good experience. The sign for the isle we needed was broken so we were a bit lost while trying to find our items and the employees seemed a bit irritated to help us. The safety crews did a great job while operatting heavy equipment in the store. I was impressed and glad to see they understood and practiced great safety .We will be coming back :)

Excellent employees make the difference of customer service when you need to get in and out of the store fast.

Be careful with posted prices. We were charged the wrong amount for carpeting. The "excuse" given was that the price had gone up but the sign was never changed. Sorry, but that is not the customer's fault.

Mike in electronics is impeccable with his knowledge and willingness to help. He gave great advice and we will return

Purchased carpet with install and two toilets for our rental condo unit. Process was very easy and salesperson Lukas was friendly and helpful.

Went in to purchase a Husky roll away tool chest. They were out of stock so the pro desk manager agreed to discount a better one to match the lower price!

internal safety regulation to the customers are fine. my request to cut wood was perfect. no extra money required.

I have shopped at this store for more than a decade. I don't give them much business (because I'm not much of a do-it-yourselfer), but whenever I need anything, I start here. There have been ups and downs with staffing levels, but over the past couple of years it seems to have gotten better. The employees are always friendly, always helpful, and usually very knowledgeable; if they don't know the answer to my question, they find someone who does. The store is very clean, and it's a joy to shop here. Mostly because I never knew some of this stuff existed.

I don't know what it is about HD lately but the 3 we have been in leave a lot to be desired. We visited this location in hopes of finding a better selection of lumber than the one right by our house. The selection was a bit better on decking material but the customer service was horrible. One of the men in lumber that took it upon himself to help us despite us not asking for it was very rude about my husband wanting to check each Trex board before putting it on the cart. He made a comment to the other guy helping us that "he has to check each board", like we were putting them out and wasting their time. But yeah, it you're smart you check boards, that's what you do when you're spending money on something. My husband told him he didn't need to help us, and the guy made another comment that as long as we were on the aisle we were on, they couldn't do what they needed to do so in other words they had to rush us along and get us out of there. Well it was during regular business hours so we had every right to be there. I will never step foot in this location again. The kid at checkout was pretty clueless as well. I asked him about what promo we'd be getting with our HD card and he had no clue. He barely said anything to us. He also didn't bother to even check the amount of boards we had, we could have told him anything and he would have believed us. I think from now on, I will think twice about going to HD, for whatever reason, customer service is not their priority.

I really like the Longmont store. Most every employee in the greets you when they see you. They ask if they can help you and actually walk with you to the area in the store where you are needing to be for the item you need.

Friendly, knowledgeable, adequately staffed. Employees appear to enjoy their jobs. Well stocked.

I find the Longmont store to be very friendly & helpful. I can always find what I'm looking for & if not a employee or associate it available to show exactly where I can find my item. The store is always clean even the lumber area which one would think it difficult to keep clean. Even the floral area is keep clean & inviting with all the pretty flowers. I'm always greeted with a smile & 'can I help you'. All the cashiers are friendly & supportive of the Military.

The cashier, Serena, is a great asset to this store. She knows the ins and outs of check-out and is friendly, courteous, efficient. Serena made check out quick and thorough.

Home Depot in Brighton is great. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I have started yet another project and they were quick to help me find what I needed.

Your team of employees are #1 in my book and get better assistance then your competitors. Keep up the Great work.
