Special order door
Several weeks ago, my wife and I decided to special order a door for our new log cabin house that is under construction. We finally settled on a style that was appropriate and completed the order with the millworks representative at the store and the order was paid for. Fast forward two weeks and I get a phone call from that same millworks associate, informing me that the factory had contacted him and that there was a problem with availability of some options that we had selected. Soooo.... another visit to the store to find an appropriate substitute, and lo and behold we found a different style from the same manufacturer/same factory that could be fabricated without delay and was over $300 less expensive! I was promptly refunded the difference in pricing, and was able to keep my place "in lline" at the factory level, meaning my order didn't get pushed back because we had to resubmit new specs on it. So far this has been a win-win for me!

I’d just like to say that this Home Depot has stepped it up the customer service has gotten so much better then in the last years! I was greeted more then once in the store and Employees were very efficient on wanting to help me find anything. Jason in the paint department went above and beyond helping me with questions and customer service! Thank you !

Great store
I use home depot for most of our needs. We are retired and live on a small farm. There is always some thing that needs fixing or building. I have consistently been able to get what I need at our local store, even if I am not always sure what that is.
