We own a plumbing business and Home Depot always has the tools for our jobs weather it’s replacing a tool to adding a tool plus getting the parts we need thanks a bunch

Always have be taken care of for pricing adjustments and returns or replacements. Floor personnel have always been very helpful. The store Manager is awesome in taken care of any of your needs.

I went to Lorain Home Depot in Ohio and needed a hedge trimmer, Devin was called to help me, I didn't know what I needed only knew I had a budget to follow this young man went out of his way to not only help me but he made sure I knew my options with different brands and which brands would be in my budget, he never made me feel like I was wasting his time, he was kind and patient and extremely knowledgeable, helped me and even walked me up to the check out this young man made my day!

Excellent helpful and not pushy clerk in the appliance department.

I recently made a purchase at the Lorraine Home Depot. I had asked for the general manager to come up. He said he was on his way. He never showed up. I waited. The clerk tried to assist me and she was very helpful. Called the shake. I don’t really remember her name nice young lady that I further after the part of my cell I get the bag and it had a very much lower price significant lower price on it And I had an associate. Tell me I couldn’t and I didn’t appreciate that so I came back talk to the system manager, Farah. She was able to assist me get me some of the money back, but the point of the inconvenience was and damage was already done. Just didn’t appreciate the general manager, not coming to find out what I needed and Natalia was only doing what she was told, but you don’t argue with a buying customer And you don’t ignore a buying customer. I only had a couple questions and concerns and they were all ignored because Natalia was not the one I needed to speak to they could fix what was wrong. So when I came back to pick up the mower, I got the manager assistant manager Farah and she was able to assist me. The only downside is is that they have to the entire staff when someone purchased them more they just have to make sure that the batteries engage is connected and that the gears are engaged so that the mower can move. I probably wasted 30 minutes waiting for someone to bring the tools out. I went back in and Noah, who then asked me for my ID to verify that I purchased the more when my name was on the more and I have the receipt in my hand. I didn’t appreciate that however I have things to do Noah put the battery connectors together. I engaged them more and I went home just an awful experience altogetherin the way that I was treated. Thank you general manager for all your help but I really wanna give a big shout out to the assistant manager and Shay for their assistance?

There’s always someone there to help me with whatever I need. And shelves are fully stocked.

All the employees are so kind & helpful. Only problem I had was I bought an air compressor (portable) - the employee told me where they were - & as luck would have it - you had them on an endcap!!!! Now - first time I ever bought one & he did put it in my cart However, he DID NOT tell me - no hose, etc included!!! Not too smart - because then I had new compressor that I couldn't use & had to search & find the things to go w it to use it & try to get the person that helps me back on his schedule!!! As a woman - HD is my "jewelry store" & I put my trust in you helping me to get what I need the first time!!!

Train your employees how to be kind and to know where things are. We are tired of the employees being rude to us. It would be nice if they knew where the products are.

I went online only to get I have to wait for a delivery. So I tried it because It said if ordered before a certain time I would get it same day. Three days later my product came. Would have just drove to the store if I knew it would take that long.

Appreciate the help I got when selecting a new washer/dryer. Delivery date works well for my schefule

I'm generally one to handle things myself and not bother store employees, but I was shopping for a lawnmower this time; not something I wanted to try and carry/load myself. First impression, HD website said there were 9 of the model I wanted available. When I got there the shelves were bare except one with a pretty beat up box. I looked for an employee to help and couldn't find anyone. So I looked over the beat-up box and thought I'd buy it and return it if something was broken inside. While loading it, 2 HD employees walked by and none asked if I needed/wanted help. I thought that was odd. When I checked out, the guy seemed more concerned with selling me a HD credit card than anything, and didn't offer any help loading it into my car. Thankfully, another customer who was getting out of his car at the time I was loading stopped and asked if I wanted help. So far so good on the lawnmower cutting my grass, but thought the store could have helped more.

I bought a keyless lock to install at my church. When I opened th box it was obvious this lock had been previously installed and returned, The box was missing parts and the lock was useless. If You plan on buying anything from Home Depot that comes in a box it is a good idea to have an employee open the box to make sure it is not a box of junk that was returned to the sales shelf after someone else returned it.

Pattey did an excellent job laying out my new kitchen. She was very organized and a true professional. I would recommend her to anyone. She has a lot of experience and came up with some great ideas.

The only thing is the guy that was working in the department did not know much about the apartment he was working and he had to find someone else Assist with me in the plumbing department

I know that it’s not your fault but I bought 5 abrovitas I would say a month and a half ago and two of them seem like they’re not going to make it I don’t know what the return policy is

Megan, Kitchen & Bath Sales Specialist, was wonderful! She explained everything I needed to know, very professional and knowledgeable!

I was with an employee that did not know how to do a phone sale. Instead of getting someone who knows how to she Instead gives us an attitude because she didn't know how to do her job . After a few statements were said we asked for a manager, sat for 25 minutes which never showed. Rebecca did tho, we told her what happened she didn't hesitate to step up and get us taken care of. It's more people like her the world needs. Please give Rebecca a well recommended raise 🙌.

Phil in appliance dept was so helpful and patient with me during my purchase! He actually helped me decide on what to get and he was not rushing me ! I will return to this store for future purchases!

I was looking for fuses and the website told me which aisle and bin I could find them. When I got to the store I was helped by a knowledgeable associate who also helped my with self-checkout.

It's as if I work here, I shop home depot so much. It's my go-to store for all my general contracting needs!

Went in to get some paint primer tinted, for a shed I am buillding. Sergio and Mary were extremely helpful and patient with me. They mixed up a batch, but I thought it was "too light" of a shade of green. Without hesitation, they added more tint and darkened it up. Both are STELLAR employees, and a CREDIT to your company !
