For the last three years have spent at least 3,500. dollars if not more on material to re do my deck using my new hand tools, which, I bought OR OBI 3 inch belt sander, a 3/8th s reversal-able drill and a saws all, along with wood stain and, Thompson's weather stain.

I was looking for a product, or products, that would make walking on a deck and ramp safer for my parents. An associate named Colleen was very helpful in showing me what was available in the store. I told her that I saw what I wanted online. She pulled it up on the computer and found exactly what I wanted. It was only available online, but I explained that I wasn't thrilled about putting my banking info out there. She suggested that I buy a gift card and order it through that. A simple solution - but one that I didn't think of. I have never dealt with an associate or cashier that I was disappointed with. They're always cheerful and helpful at this store. (Lorain, Ohio)

Overall...home depot is one of my favorite store. I love doing projects and it has all I need to get them done. The only problem I have ever had was buying a home depot card from giant eagle and not being able to use it the same day. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Home Depot or Giant Eagle, but otherwise I love the store and spend the majority of my money there!

The Home Depot in Lorain Ohio has the absolute best associate for dealing with kitchen cabinets I've dealt with so far. I've been shopping around for cabinets for three months now and Megan was not only the most detailed and helpful person I have met on this frustrating journey, but also the most knowledgeable and friendly so far. I can not stress enough how nice this woman is and how good she is at her job. She was able to help us pick out cabinets that would fit our kitchen perfectly and even helped us look at back splashes to go with out kitchen as well!

Yiselle was so wiling to offer her assistance. She was so pleasant upon checkout!!

I shop at this store almost every day, and the only time I have had any complaints was when I tried to buy 29 windows for my house. The guy in the window department was more interested in doing nothing. He argued with me about everything from the style of window I wanted to what size I needed. He even told me to go to Lowe's, cause they don't carry the size I needed. I went against his what he said, and bought 1 window just to try it, and he was wrong. I went back the next day and he walk in the back room to watch the game on tv. The store manager didn't seem to care either. But I still bought all my windows from home depot

Nadia at the paint counter is amazing. She was extremely helpful, competent and professional - and fast! I've never seen someone do so many things at once.

Each associate I came in contact with was professional and friendly. The floor associate was spectacular! He walked around finding everything in my list. I know how hard customer service can be. So I just wanted to say thank you for your hard work and dedication. It means a lot. Good job!

I love the variety of plants and garden supplies at this location. I purchase a lot of my home improvements at this store. Associates are friendly and willing to help.

I have buying Scotts Earthgro mulch for years and the quality of the mulch has not disappointed me yet and the price was excellent $2 per 2 cubit bag

she was very nice, she helped me right away. Though I hate that you have to do self check out all the time! I think it is very impersonal, time consuming, and probably very frustrating for older customers.

I enjoy this home depot. Staff is always friendly, willing to assist. Store is always stocked and clean.

I was assisted by a store associate. She was vet helpful even though she was very busy. I enjoyed the cashier at the self help check out. She was very pleasant and patient.

I shop here for convince based on residential proximity. I hate the fact that when I arrive I will never be able to locate an associate that can assist me. I have purchased items here that after I open them to install chances are that they will be used or damaged.

Clean and organize and I have a great experience in this store. However, it would be nice if there is a person in each department so I can easily find someone to ask for any question and make my buying decision so much faster

When I bought my mulch from homedepot, the associates that helped me load my car were extremely thoughtful and very friendly. I'm thankful they have people to help!

A SALES ASSOCIATE NAMED DONALD HAS ASSISTED US WITH A PURCHASE OF A SCREEN DOOR AND TODAY HELPED US WITH PURCHASING LUMBER FOR A FENCE PROJECT WE ARE DOING. HE TOOK GREAT CARE OF MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION WE HAD. VERY APPRECIATIVE OF HIS ASSISTANCE AND KNOWLEDGE.
