I brought the flowers and the pot and placed this right at my front door.

I’m always shopping at the Home Depot in Los Banos, everyone greets us and also ask us if we need any help. Outstanding customer service would keep shopping at Los Banos Home Depot store and will recommend to family and friends.

We needed to buy flooring for a rental. Great Home Depot choices to view online. The store has a wide choice of flooring products to choose from. The information charts were very clear on describing the benefits of the product. Clerks were very helpful and informative.

Every one is helpful especially the pro desk manager who helped me transfer my pro rewards account from my old location in Texas to my new location in Los Banos

was going to purchase o line but they didn't have the transition pieces. When I went to the store . I was greeted by Juan in the home department. He knew exactly what I was talking about. Was so knowledgeable thru my purchase. Marissa has handled my delivery to perfection. I felt so assured that she knew the process and would follow thru to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use Home Depot for any of my home projects..

I had to ask for help, was misquoted the price and had to insist on the advertised price. I paid extra for delivery which meant the refrigerator was dumped in my front yard.

Very happy with young man named, Eric. He helped me answer a million questions I had.. because he helped me, I was able to tell my husband, what we are replacing and fixing. . We will put in new carpet, new sink, and all the works.. Eric, was very knowledgeable and smart. He was very patient, I had alot of questions and he took time to help me.. very valuable employee. Thank you Eric.

I bought a clothes washer and have already made a payment on the credit card but I don’t get it until end of March: I bought it in February.

I brought a washer and dryer and received excellent customer service from 2 customer service reps. Both work in the appliance dept. 1st young man greeted me right away for assistance and 2nd young man was Eric. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Gave me his 100% customer service support. I will always shop with home depot because of the associates love for what they do for others.

Title: Misleading "Free Refill" Promotion at Home Depot - Disappointing Experience I recently had a frustrating experience at Home Depot while attempting to take advantage of what I thought was a free refill offer on a bottle of Ortho Home Defense. The promotion seemed straightforward - bring in an empty bottle and receive a refill at no cost. However, it turned out to be far from the case. Upon contacting the store to inquire about my refill, I was informed that I needed to purchase both bottles at the same time to qualify for the "free refill." This requirement was not made clear in the initial promotion, leading me to believe that a simple exchange of an empty bottle for a new one would suffice. When I explained my situation to the store representative and mentioned that I had only discovered this condition after my purchase, I was met with little empathy. The representative seemed unmoved by my predicament and simply reiterated the store's policy. In essence, what was advertised as a refill offer turned out to be nothing more than a buy one, get one free promotion. The lack of transparency and the misleading nature of the promotion left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at Home Depot. I hope that Home Depot can work on improving the clarity of their promotions in the future to avoid causing similar confusion and frustration for other customers. As for me, this experience has certainly left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will think twice before participating in any similar promotions in the future.

Christy is the go-to she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! This store has plenty of friendly and helpful employees all throughout the store.

Needed a traeger grill delivered by Friday . Only had display and it was missing a bunch of stuff. Manager Al went above and beyond to make sure I got a brand new one set up and delivered to me by Friday .

I found Los Banos store as one of the best stores I ever visited. The store manager: Chris and the pro desk associates named: Frank, Christina and Jovanna provided very professional, cordial, friendly and helpful customer service. The associates of the store are very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends as well.

I went in and was immediately greeted by an associate in the front. I was offered assistance from the store manager and was able to get an item that was out of stock at another store. The store was also very clean and organized.

I bought a primed wooden door 10/23/2023@ 1109 am.The staff I asked did not lead me to correct item.When I get home and noticed item was damaged tried to return 10/232023 @ 700 pm evening shift..Did not accept saying it was damaged

Whenever came in to order materials I needed for my big projects, Frank and Javanna help me out and I came out always satisfied. For small purchases, I'd love to come to Tania as she's very helpful and friendly. Joe, Giselle and other staff member i forgot their names are cool too.
